While the package did take a while to get here, I have to say it was worth the wait. The dress is beautiful and fits perfectly.

Order was too small but trying to return was a complete waste of time. I was required to email a picture of the article and then they offered me $5 refund. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you intend to keep the article no matter what.

sizes are not right. material feels like a table cloth. the V neck dress does not have enough room for your breasts and the seam cuts right across the chest. They are not refunding my money. I will report them to my credit card company. These are inferior products. DO NOT BUY

Do not order from this company, Took 5 weeks to arrive. I ordered 3 dresses and 1 blouse. The medium size blouse fit fine. The 3 dresses were the same size and described as for the "mature woman" but I would dare you to fit a 98 lb skinny teenager in them. Then the fun began. I wanted to return them. All I got was a runaround. Each time asking if I would keep the dresses and they would refund me $18, then $25.99, then $35 and now $45. The total of the dresses was $101.27. Now, after almost 3 weeks of going back and forth with them they gave me an address to return the dresses. The address was 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai, in the United Arab Emeritus!! The return label on my package is San Francisco. The cost to send back would be $25.50 according to the USPS. What a joke!!!

The dress I liked the most ended but being pretty clingy. It wasn’t the material I thought it was. The other two items were good.

The only problem I saw was not getting an update for quite awhile on the order status until I ask for it.

Do not believe their claims! I ordered two dresses, both medium and one fit, the other did not. Evidentally there is no way to exchange them, as they say they are perfect sizing. How can that be!?! If they are to sell, they must set up an exchange program. Never buy from them!!!

If this Far Eastern company wants to be a respected brand in the west, then it MUST sort out its customer service and returns process. I ordered four dresses and when the items finally arrived (after approx 4 week) they were DREADFUL. They didn't look anything like the pictures on the website and the material was cheap and nasty. The cut was awful, too, with two of the dresses so long they reached the floor! There was no returns information and so far all my emails and phone calls (to an automated recording telling me to email) have been ignored. I want a full refund as I feel I have been completely misled and wouldn't wear any of these rags, but I can't even find out where to return them to! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I feel I have wasted over £100 as these are going straight in the bin! Any reputable company selling clothes online would provide returns labels and information with the original package. I have never experienced anything so shoddy!

For three weeks the tracking has stated it’s waiting to be received by USPS. The items were ordered over a month ago. Beginning to think this is a shell company and a total scam. I will stick with Chico’s Rack.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order in March 2021 and instead of receiving the items I got several emails about delays with no specific dates for expected delivery. Meantime my credit card has been charged, I tried repeatedly to cancel the order with no confirmation from the company that the cancelation has been processed. This is not accepted business practice.

The dresses I ordered are perfect. The package came in a reasonable amount of time, not damaged and the items were exactly as they were described in the ad. Thank you for such a great product and great service.
