Just took too long to receive order Almost 6 weeks.

I wish I had read these reviews first. The company info on the website says they used to work for top designers but now have their own company and work out of California. It is clear now, that they aren’t an American company.

I ordered 2 dresses and 2 shirts for $127.
The clothes look great in the pictures and appear to be cotton or a cotton blend. In reality, they are all polyester and are obviously lesser quality. They took weeks to arrive and none of them fit. There wasn’t a customer service telephone number on the website, so all correspondence has been email and they have been very slow to respond. When I asked for a return shipping address and a refund, they offered me $30. It’s theft, pure and simple.

Update: When I expressed displeasure with their offer of $30 to keep clothes that don’t fit, they offered me $50. Why would I keep clothes that don’t fit? I was given an address to return the clothing for a full refund-In Dubai! Shipping for a one pound package to Dubai costs $30. Either way I lose money.

Save Your money. Worst customer service ever. NO return policy. Offered 15.00 on a 96.00 purchase. Terrible product and loooong delivery. This company is a joke. Stay away.

I spent $52 for a dress that by THEIR OWN SIZING CHART should have been extra large on me. Nope. Could barely get it over my shoulders. Contacted "customer service" and was told they would refund me $8!! And I'd have to pay for shipping!

The description stated that the dress was a cotton blend, NOPE 100% polyester.

NEVER buy ANYTHING from Ronath or ANYTHING advertised on Instagram or Facebook!!

Wish I read the reviews before I ordered. It’s been weeks and still no delivery and no answer from the company

Anyone who rates this company more than one star has no idea what quality is. This company is a scam. They show pictures of clothing that do not match what you actually receive. I cannot even begin to describe the material (and can't since there is no tag) but it feels like wearing a trash bag. They want you to send them pictures of the items (as if a picture is going to be able to tell what something feels like!) to decide if they will refund your money. They obviously drag out their responses in hopes you give up. I have reported them to Instagram and Facebook as a scam and suggest anyone else who was robbed by them do the same. Note to self: do not buy from companies who don't show the models heads in their advertisements!

Thought I already sent but it came back to doing the review again. Happy with the order. I feel that allowing customer reviews really helps to make the right choice. Love the dress and 2 camisole tops. Just on the camisole tops, a small side split at the hem line would give it some ease in that area (ordered the correct S size but a little snug on the lower hem line).

Took a long time to get here. 2 pieces were very small and not wearable. NO instructions on how to return or exchange. 1 piece didn't arrive at all. When I attempted to cancel, was told that it had been delivered (it had NOT) and no instructions on how to dispute.

I would NEVER order from this company again! I bought 3 dresses on April 4th and they didn't arrive until mid-May.

The home page says fast delivery. Only if you consider 6 WEEKS as fast! The dresses I received didn't look like what I ordered and the material is so lightweight and cheap-feeling. Definitely, nothing natural in it even though the description of each dress on their website said Cotton-blend. Not a chance there is one iota of cotton in these! There are absolutely no care tags in these dresses either which is sketchy.

These are poorly sewn and even the seam in the pocket of one dress wasn't sewn correctly so it has a hole in it!

Since it took so long for these to get here, I'm not even going to bother to try to send them back. Which, I'm sure, is what companies like these count on; frustrated customers just throwing up their hands in exasperation.

Bottom line: slow as molasses delivery, cheap material which isn't as advertised, and poor quality workmanship equal a waste of money.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone nor will I buy anything from them again.

My dress took a long time to be delivered but in fairness, it had a long way to come! It exceeded my expectations- very pretty pattern, good fit although longer than I expected. It seems to be well made and I love the pockets.

I would love to review my items however I have yet to receive them. Ordered 6 + weeks ago. I was told they were shipping in 48 hours for 5 days when I questioned that they told me it was shipped that day. That was 16 days ago and although the label was printed it has never been sent. They do respond quickly to the email I send but the communication is deceptive. Don’t order something you need this season

The dresses are beautiful.
Shipping was very quick and email communication was awesome.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY/SITE.
There are no words to describe what the material is-horrible feel-no identification tags or washing instructions. Will not accept returns and demanded a picture of the garment when I inquired about returns.

I ordered a dress on 4/9. It said it was in stock but 3 weeks later after checking on the order they said it was out of stock. Received notice on 5/8 that it was released by customs in LA. Now why would it take 10 days to deliver it from L.A.? I am not impressed with the company's customer service at all. Will never order from them again.

I purchased two dresses. They took 5 weeks to get here. One I loved, the other I didn’t like the pattern or the fit and asked them for a return code so I could send it back. They took forever to answer and after many emails have offered me $10 to keep the dress. I will never order from them again.

Ordered 4 shirts that looked great on the web site. Well after 5 weeks they finally arrived and they are all made of the same odd feeling material. I would tell you what type of material but there was no tag that showed type of material or washing instructions. Also there was no shipping/ return paperwork. I know now I will never buy from them again.

Took weeks for dress I ordered to arrive. Fabric nothing like description definitely not jersey/t shirt fabric. Poor sizing. No reply to my email about returning said dress. Will NEVER use them again. Buyer beware

The dresses came after quite a long wait. I wish the company would state their location outside the U. S. so that you would know delivery would take some time. When they did come, I was very pleased. The fit was as described and the garments were of good quality.

I am very happy with my summer Black maxi dress. It fits and is very comfortable.
