What has been reported by others is true - they do NOT take returns! Their website reports easy returns, but that is a LIE! In a month-long exchange of emails, they continually report, "Sorry you had a bad shopping experience" and then offer you $10 back on a $70 purchase. They tell you that your return would need to ship to Asia at your expense and that it will not be worth it to you. After threatening to contact Better Business and Facebook, they finally offered $30 back.
While the fabric material is colorful, the fabrics are cheap, thin, and unlined. Kind of like you would get with a cheap Halloween costume.

Material is horrible, worse than cheap Halloween costumes.

Customer Service worst experience ever, and I'm 63 yrs old. I spent $100, company is only willing to refund $10, after order is shipped to Dubai. (I took a picture of the customer service email, but this site didn't offer that functionality.)

I will NOT to give this clothing to charity; It'd be an insult.

Dress looked very cute online but when it arrived was very disappointing. Fabric very thin. No washing instructions, no receipt, packing slip, nothing. Just a cheaply made dress in a plastic wrapper. The only label says made in China. Buyer beware! Avoid this company and read reviews of online companies before ordering.

I am beyond frustrated with this company. I wish I had read the reviews first. The fabric is a terrible microfiber blend, not cotton. The company will not respond to my repeated emails requesting to return them.

My experience mirrors that of most of the other reviews. I ordered an xs dress online for %53.00, received one xs plus one xxl. I did not care for the style or color or the quality and requested to send it back for refund and I offered to pay return shipping costs. Ronath offered to reimburse me $7.00 and did not want the dresses returned. Should have read the reviews before buying. Big mistake. This is not a trustworthy company to deal with and I recommend buyer beware!

The dress I ordered is 5 inches smaller than the advertised measurements. Despite sending photos/measurements etc as requested, this company will not allow me to return the item or get a refund. Do not order from them - dreadful experience!

This company is nothing but a scam from China. Goods are not as advertised. How do I get in touch with the company? There was no receipt or info inside the package the “dress” I ordered came in.

I bought a dress for a special family event. It took 6 weeks to get it. It is too tight in the bust, so I requested instructions to return it and a refund. They finally got back to me saying “we are sorry you are not satisfied with the good, but can you please send us some pictures?” What the heck do they need pictures for? What would they do with them if I did send them?!!!! No way!! When i refused, they offered me $6.00. I said that was unacceptable. Then the offered me $16. I finally accepted $20 on a $51 dollar dress and gave the dress to a friend. These guys (Ronath) are crooks.

I bought 2 dresses from Ronath about 10 weeks ago. Ronath had advertised on Facebook.
I think the dresses come from China as they took weeks to arrive.
Both dresses were ordered in the same size. When they arrived, one fitted fine but the other was far too big and made of a horrible, cheap material.
I emailed Ronath. It took about 10 days before they replied offering me $7 dollars for a dress that cost $37.99 and to keep the dress! I declined, asking again for a refund and saying that I did not want the dress.
Again, it took about 10 days before they replied, this time offering $17!
I replied again, asking for a full refund. It has been about 3 weeks now and I have not had another reply.

Same horrible experience as everyone else! It's a scam. Horrible products and they refuse to refund. Avoid this company!

My experience was exactly the same as others on the site: wait forever for delivery, horrible, ill fitting, cheap plastic fabrics that were nothing like the photos on the website. A Google search was required to find the company online to request a return authorization; several offers of a few bucks for my trouble; and finally admitting that it would cost so much to ship the clothes back that I would have to pay, I should just keep 'em and accept $30 (for a $90 order). Live and learn!

I want to return 3 dresses could not get them over my head. Shoddily made. Cheap material.
They replied keep the dresses and we will give you
$25 US dollars compensation. I paid them $91 USD for them.
I told them i want a full refund. Beware of these scammers.

this company does not stand behind their clothes I bought three items material very cheep and they won't give me an ok to return them if you do buy your taking a risk very disappointing.

Wish I had seen these reviews - I am having the same experience- they said they would take $10 off because it would be too expensive to return. I ordered in March, cancelled in April and they said it had already left the warehouse and I could return it when I received it. What a SCAM - they don’t care about our reviews

I ordered some items that did not fit. I contacted their customer service with the website saying that they would accept new, unworn items after authorization is received from them. They will not provide authorization to return.
Not a good company to do business with! Do not act in good faith!

Do not order from this Company!! Clothes are cheap and shoddy. When I tried to return four dresses costing $150 I was told they would refund me $13 dollars! Would never ever recommend this company to anyone.

I so wish that I had gone online and looked at the reviews prior to buying. I too waited and waited to receive the product it took forever to get. And then when I got it again this material is horrible. It is not as it is shown on the pictures that you pick from to buy. I would never put this product on my body. And then when I tried to return it. They finally after many attempts said they would give me $25 back, On my hundred dollar order. When I Refused that and told them just send me my money back they said you can keep the clothing to. Again I refuse that. So then they said OK we will give you $35, but you’ll have to mail the clothing to Dubai and that will cost you a whole lot more. So I had to chalk it up I received the $25 I still have these clothes anybody want them they’re welcome to them. Do not buy from this company I strongly advise that.

If I could give a ZERO I would. OK so I understand shipping could be a little longer these days but nearly 6 weeks! Then I receive the items and they were not true to size as all the reviews stated - are they real reviews?! The material is like a piece of paper!! I've sent several nice emails requesting the return authorization I need to obtain a refund - nothing. HORRIBLE MERCHANT - STAY AWAY

Absolute crap! This is a grift. Do not give them money. Clothes are not made in America as their website implies (shipped from China), fabric is cheap plastic and sizes are absurdly small. No refunds. Update, the shipper xbordercommerce.com refunded my purchase after multiple complaints.

The dress is beautiful! It fits me perfectly! Shipping took a little longer than expected.
