The shoes that this company sells is not what is pictured they are a mesh material or the model that I got that's what they were and they fit at least an inch or an inch and a half too small. Then when you go to be in contact with them about returns they don't give you any help in the returns and you have to contact them several times. I would not recommend buying from this company because it is in the United Kingdom which takes a long time for you get to get your product and a very long time to return it.

Order #10172823 – Very Disappointing Experience
I regret ordering from Rona Shoes and would not recommend this store.
I chose them thinking they were Netherlands-based, expecting delivery within a few days. Instead, they ordered my shoes from abroad, which took weeks. By the time they arrived, they were no longer useful for the purpose I needed them for.
The courier they used, PDN Express, marked the package as “delivered” without ever ringing my bell (I was home at the time). They only took a photo and left the package who-knows-where. I never received it.
When I reported this, both Rona Shoes and PDN Express told me to go ask my neighbors. I live in a flat with more than 50 floors — this is completely unreasonable and not my responsibility.
Despite this, Rona Shoes kept insisting I do so. In the end, I paid €80 and got nothing.
This experience was unacceptable. Slow and misleading shipping, careless delivery, and zero accountability from the company. Buyers deserve to know what they are walking into.

Poor customer care
I received a pair of delta work shoes .Tried them out for a month in the house and decided they were suitable .Wore them to work and 6 weeks later approx one heel punctured and a couple of weeks later the other heel went .so two squeaky not so comfortable shoes.Contacted them to be told it was outside the 60 day warranty ,so no refund or replacement, but an offer of 20% off another pair of shoes .I decided against it.

Read the return policy before purchasing!
Given Rona have a warehouse in Australia, I think it's quite poor that goods returned for refund or Exchange have to be sent back to the UK at the consumers cost. This doesn't really fit with their claims of a "hassle-free exchange policy". For me paying $40-$50 an waiting 2weeks for them to receive the goods before processing the claim is a bit of a hassle!
If returning goods that are in new and unused condition they should process the claims and restock in the warehouse from which they came.

Warning – misleading descriptions and poor customer service
I bought safety shoes from this company because they were advertised as S3 safety shoes. This was the only reason for my purchase, as my workplace requires S3 footwear.
When the shoes arrived, they were in fact not S3 (only SB). Even the attached label on the shoes stated “S3”, which is misleading. I contacted customer service, but instead of offering a proper solution (refund or replacement), they only suggested a standard return (even though the shoes were used in good faith) and a 20% discount code.
This is a clear case of goods not as described and misleading advertising. Be very careful before ordering from this company – you may not get what you paid for, and resolving issues is extremely difficult.

Worth every penny
It's not often I give a five star rating, but Rona Shoes defiantly deserve it. I have a problem with my feet after two accidents, and really struggle to find shoe that I can ware all day, and Im not even talking about safety shoes. I ordered a pair of shoes from Rona and tied them on at home but and found they were a little tight. True to their word, they swapped them for a larger size without a quibble. Today I wore my new shoes to work. I was on my feet all day and clocked up just over 10 000 step. I am completely blown away. No sore feet.

Terrible customer service
I never recieved my shoes i ordered, tracking slip says delivered but to completely wrong address. Contacted Rona was told because they say delivered nothing. I have sent their screenshot showing incorrect city they were delivered to and explained canada post says Rona shoes needs to launch a claim as they are the sender. Rona is not willing to do anything to resolve this issue. I finally after a month of back and forth and giving them a chance to make this rate they wouldn't do anything. I reached out to my credit card company and they have not began the charge back progress hoping to get my money back. Once this began I got an email from rona threatening to go after me legally for a item they never had delivered.
Very frustrating company to deal with and have zero customer service skills. They keep responding with the same email to contact customer service and I do only to be told nothing they can do for me.
Will never purchase from here again

Fast delivery But the trainers themselves are fantastic, I’ve always worn boots but I work in a very large store so walking around in boots all day, well you can imagine, these trainers are so light and comfortable, I’m only disappointed that I didn’t find these earlier.
