Took my money and never delivered shoes. They swore blind the shoes had been delivered. I have CCTV evidence they didn't deliver. Very dishonest company.

My experience with Rona shoes was quite remarkable to be honest I ordered a pair of Pluto safety shoes the took about a month to arrive which I suppose was a bit long but the tracking option kept me informed of its transit when I got the shoes they were very light and comfortable but unfortunately I had read in some reviews that a size bigger than the one you wanted would be wise but they were too big so I emailed Rona and within an hour they replied that I could keep the shoes I had and I could choose another pair the right size free of charge it was all sorted within a few hours have to say amazing customer service

Finlands perspective
I have had three pairs of Rona shoes so far. The "summer shoes" feel good on my feet and last a few seasons. I bought a pair with longer shafts as mid-season shoes but they worked quite bad for the October-December conditions in Finland.
