5000+ NEGATIVE STARS ! ! !
Wish I had read all of these reviews before I purchased two pair of boots. Took over two months to receive the worst boots ever!! They are plastic and STINK. THE SMELL IS SO BAD THAT I PUT THEM OUTSIDE AND FOUND A DEAD BIRD NEXT TO THEM IN THE MORNING! These boots are not only a TRUE SCAM and RIP-OFF... BUT THEY ARE DANGEROUS!! DO NOT ORDER - FOR THE HEALTH OF YOUR FAMILY - DO N O T ORDER!!!!

Still have not received order after two months and will not refund money. I would love to push negative stars but u have to at least give them one star to comment

All I can say is that the so called BOOTS that I ordered MID-OCTOBER are the worse things I have ever seen in my life, just got they other day. Had two pairs, brown, and black, very ugly and very CHEAP, Thin as heck, VERY UGLY, do not even look like the picture that they advertise, both same size, Black are much bigger than the ugliest so called brown that actually look like some kind of ORANGE COLOR, I could go on,on, and ON the whole Night but they are so BAD, and ALL I CAN SAY IS "DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING, IF ANYONE COMES UP WITH HOW TO RETURN OR SUE FOR FAULTS ADVERTISEMENT PLEASE LET US ALL KNOW, AND EVERYONE OF US NEEDS TO REPORT THIS TO FACEBOOK, WE ALL HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF!

I to had to push 1 star to leave a review ..they also sold me 3 pairs that i rcvd after over 2 mos. They are so cheap i was afraid of cancer just smelling the package when i opened it they refuse to give me a address to send them back. And i contacted my credit card to turn them in for fraud...

The only reason I gave them 1 star is so I can write this review. I paid $90 for 3 pair of boots and never received them nor given a refund. So far it has been 65 days since I placed my order. They refuse to issue a refund. Please buyer beware. After I ordered I was informed that the photos of the boots are stolen from a legit company who sells them as in the photos. Rollychic then makes a cheap rendition of them while stealing another companies photos of the boots being modeled.

They are RIP off... boots nothing like the pictures, cant zip them up over my calf, super slippery cheap soles, no support inside what so ever, not even real leather. The leather is all wrinkled and even putting your foot into the boots wont help the wrinkles. Will have to throw them away cause no way to return them. I would not even donate them to Goodwill because no one would want them. I was stupid cause I bought 2 pairs of this crap..

They don't even deserve one star. WORST product and customer service I've ever seen. Ordered 15 Oct 19. Tracking emails back and forth until partial order arrived week before Christmas. OMG...I thought it was a prank, until they verified that was partial order. I requested refund and told them to keep the other items. BTW: PayPal wouldn't refund and the run around from then was the same as the vendor. The remainder of the order arrived yesterday, so much for guarantee before Christmas. I couldn't give these to my daughter anyways, so I had to go to famous footwear to get her boots. I showed her these after Christmas and she laughed. It's definitely a lesson learned about ordering from advertisers on FACEBOOK. It happened with another vendor a few years back...wish I had stuck to my guns then. These types of vendors are a clear reflection of FACEBOOK. It proves how greedy FACEBOOK is and highlights how far they have fallen from their SOP. They should have stuck to their guns and been happy with the billions they made of their original service!!!

I would not even give it one star!! I ordered boots almost three months ago and still have not received my order. I asked for a refund and cancellation several times and could not get one! This company should not be in business.
So I just received my boots, they are the worst quality boots I've ever seen. These should be sold in the dollar store!! I will not even try to get a refund it's not worth my time which I know this company is happy to read.

1000 % NO DONT DO IT. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, This company is awful!!!! Not only are the misleading everyone on the type of boot they are selling. It advertised as "soft leather" but really its thin PLASTIC!!! it can barely be called a slipper let alone a f**king leather boot. But they also send DAMAGED products and pretend like it never happened. The plastic boots were melted and missing plastic on the cuff, after sending proof (requested pictures) i was offered a $5 gift card for their horrible store, i paid $35.99 USD, how does $5 make up for that? Ive escalated this through the PayPal price protection but i highly doubt they will refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, horrible products, even worse customer service. Also its took MORE than 30 business days for me to receive my damaged boots, they didnt even ship it for two weeks AFTER payment :( awful, just awful!!!!!

Not what is pictured, horrible experience trying to get a refund. And I bought 3 pairs, paypal is no help. Do not buy these. Thin, light, wrinkled, not a boot, not a shoe. Just garbage!!!! I'm very upset I can't return and get my $100 back, but I'm trying!

Wish i had search the site reviews. The shoe reviews were all 5 star so i thought i was getting something good....total crap. Ordered in October, just got one pair now and afraid to get the other pair. Not what was pictured and do not fit at all! Do not but from them!!!

Worst experience ever. Boots are not true to size or color. Advertisement is so misleading. Cheap plastic. CRAP that belongs in the garbage.

Horible the worst boots ever made from the cheepest plastic ever seen takes 3 months to deliver and the worst customer service ever received ant the boots dont even look the same... completely disappointed!!!

ZERO STARS! They suck! I ordered. It took 2 months to arrive and what I received were TOTALLY different, wrong color, wrong styles or just made out of thin plastic material that looks NOTHING like leather. Terrible sewing and seams, too! And they WILL NOT refund your money, even if your order never comes. But, they will offer you a 3$, 5$, 6$ or 7$ gift certificate to buy more if you are not happy. Why TF would you buy more when they can’t get your order right. Stay away!!!!

WHAT A PIECE OF $#¥€ these people sell!!! I wished I would’ve reviewed this crappy, junky, trashy site before I purchased what they call boots! THEY DO NOT DESERVE 1 star! I ORDERED THIS CRAP IN OCTOBER AND JUST GOT THEM IN DECEMBER! Never again will I order something without looking at the reviews! Lesson learned! MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE!!!

I have been waiting 6 weeks...and now I have been reading about exactly this type of company using photos of quality products lifted from legit websites to get you to buy their merchandise and then they send you crap of anything at all...I am equally as upset that FB allows them to advertise on their platform. There’s a list of 75+ companies mostly hosted by shopify that are all scams...

DO NOT BUY, THIS IS SCAM. Waiting for a month to receive the garbage boots which is ugly and bad smell, completely not same the advertsing. I send emails to customer service to request refund, over 30 back and forth emails within 2 months. They only repeat and repeat to ask you keep the boots and give you $3.00 gift card. They won’t give return address and refund.

100% scam!! The items advertised are NOT what you get!! Took over 2 months to receive half my order (got sucked in and ordered two pairs of boots) now I don’t even want the 2nd pair to arrive! They stunk up my car and I won’t even donate them they are probably $2 to make in China max! Wish I had checked here before trusting Facebook to make money from scam companies!
