Super bad customer service, very disappointing.
First the promised delivery came a few days late, unfortunately the delivery contained inferior products and I wanted to return them. After more than 16 days of waiting and several contacts on my part, finally an employee took pity to answer me. Instead of an apology came only the note that it would actually already be too late for a return of the products because the 14-day return period had already expired, an apology would be appropriate, but unfortunately missing! Ridiculous, if the dealer does not answer, he can not simply push the blame on the customer ... After some discussion and mentioning the EU Online Dispute Resolution Portal, they agreed to accept the return, but force me to pay the return shipping costs myself. This was my first and last order in this highly unserious and absolutely not customer-oriented company, fingers off, there are much better competitors on which you can rely even in the case of service!
