Poor communication
Poor communication, arranged time to come and quote on Tuesday 30th at 1630 but didn't turn up, I phone up and apparently they were "running late" and were supposed to phone and let me know but didn't. I was going out at 1800. Rearranged for another time, and told by the person on the phone that he would "come on Saturday 3rd at 1600", but he didn't arrive, when I phoned up they said they had "forgotten" with it being a Saturday and apologised. I appreciate these things can happen, he said he would phone back on Monday when he got into the office to re arrange but I never received the call. A lot of wasted time. Their reviews appear to be positive, so perhaps I am just unlucky.

from the call to get a quote to the installers coming to measure and a week later fitting was so easy and cost-effective.
The installer guys were great all done in 90 minutes and helped me with other things,
it looks fantastic.
