Poor treatment of UK customers

Rollei offered Black Friday pricing on a filter, but when trying to place an order I received the response that Rollei did not deliver to my destination in England.
I had this same issue when trying several UK postcodes.
I had to buy the filter without the discount from Amazon.
Shame on Rollei for appearing to offer discounts while refusing to ship to customers at the discounted price...

Good fast delivery

Good fast delivery, good product delivered and when a cable was missing, the customer service was fast and sent me a new one swiftly and without charge.

Amazing customer service and products

Amazing customer service and products. If there is ever an issue, it can happen with any company. Rollei handles it quickly, effectively, and without fuss. I'm a photographer who has a few of their tripods and on a whim decided to buy a small thin iPhone tripod for quick content filming while I traveled abroad. Unfortunately, a piece snapped I couldn't repair myself. A simple email and they took care of the entire issue without long debate or complicated requests.

I suggest purchasing directly from their website rather than Amazon, as their customer service was even better than dealing with Amazon returns post-refund date.

Excellent service. Very impressed.

My Rollei Compact Traveller no1 Carbon tripod developed a problem with one of the upper leg twist locks.
Within only a few days of contacting them Rollei sent me out the means to replace the components twice over. Free of charge. And the tripod was outside guarantee.
I am impressed and delighted. Thank you, Rollei.
