This is one of those companies that you really scratch your head and wonder how they even exist.
First of all they farm out all of their services to local operators around the globe. They are based in the UK and my request was for Mexico City.
Here's my experience:
* I initially submitted an email request because their website is inoperable. It doesn't allow you to make an hourly rate quote. When I pointed this out to them they said "we are going to have our development team look at that".. Hilarious. They provide limo services but you can't make a limo reservation online
* It took them 36 hours to respond with a quote. I received the email quote literally as I was stepping into my limo from another company.
* Their proposal was in USD even though I live in Mexico. That's always a red flag for any company. If they can't quote the rate in local currency, then they are a scam.
* The rate they quoted for my service was USD $440. A simple search with local providers showed that the going rate for this service should be at maximum of around 200 bucks. More than DOUBLE the going rate.
I travel very frequently internationally and use limo services extensively. This was my experience with this company. I hope other customers reflect on this and choose another provider. Thank goodness I did not invest any money with them.
