Quick turnaround, quick resolve, all in all - great support service!

I have been using Creativo theme for around ten years to build websites for various clients that offer a range of services. The theme License that I originally purchased on a third party platform was upgraded to Lifetime without any quibbles.

Occasionally I have needed support with the Creativo theme and Stef at Rocky Themes has been consistently helpful with clear explanations and solutions to problems.

I am very happy with the Creativo theme and the support given.

We had some issues updating one of the WP RockyThemes we use on two sites we manage. Stef from the support team was quick to fix the issue and get it updated and running right away. Much appreciated - THANK YOU!

Every once in a while I need support from Rocky Themes concerning an issue impacting their Creativo theme on my website. I usually work with Stef who is always very helpful. As usual, his communications to me were clear and his solutions to problems are accurate. I am very happy with the theme which I have been using for 5 years and RockyThemes support!

I bought the Creativo Theme over 10 years ago and used it to build my own website. I am using that same Creativo theme to this day and have received so many compliments. In the early days, I had plenty of questions, and Stef was super helpful. That helpfulness has continued to this day. Super job!

I would definitely recommend RockyThemes. I’ve utilised their themes across multiple websites over the years, but reached out to Stef recently to upgrade a major ecommerce site (naturallygoat.com.au). Stef was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing and offered a lot of advice, both before and after the site upgrade. This upgrade included a complete redesign, a review of all plugins and a migration from WPBakery to Elementor.

At each stage of the process, Stef was proactive and clear in his communication.

I’m very happy with the new site and have no hesitation in recommending Rocky Themes.

Stef at Rocky Themes did a great job migrating my existing website from WP Bakery to Elementor. He also redesigned everything visually and vastly improved what I had. He provided clear and detailed communication along the way, and was helpful in addressing issues as they arose. I'm very pleased with how the website turned out.

Warning to anyone considering RockyThemes: I bought a 'Creativo Lifetime License' as officially promoted by RockyThemes on Mojo. Now that Mojo is gone, they are refusing to honor the license, claiming it 'expired' and telling me to buy it again. 'Lifetime' should mean the life of the software, not the marketplace. Is this how you treat loyal customers? 🤬

Great Theme and Great Support!

This theme is packed with features and makes it easy to bring your website vision to life. But I am most impressed with their support. I ran into an issue while working on the site, and their team was available to help me through the issue. We were able to get it resolved quickly and easily. I have confidence in the developer and will work with them in the future!

I’ve been using the theme for years and always found the support I needed when something wasn’t working as I thought. Amazing team and the theme is regularly updated. Never had any issues. Love it and fully recommend it.

Stay far away from this scam of a theme and the guy stef is a scammer and this theme has so many issues just like others have stated and he will just try to up charge you or make changes to mess up the theme and where programs don’t work to get
You to pay again for the thing you already purchased if I could give this company and theme 0 stars I would do not buy at all stef dude is a scammer with a bad Attitude and terrible customer service skills Do not ever throw your money away on this garbage theme as it will mess up your whole Wordpress

Absolutely terrible customer service from Stef U.

Got the theme for my blog which I'm using on my tablet (Samsung galaxy S9 ultra)....was told I shouldn't be using on a tablet and that I can't build sites with it (even though I did)....but that was fine (also if it's not made for tablets firstly say so)

When asked for a refund received terrible attitude back regardless of the 14 day guarantee.

The product may be good but I'll never recommend this to anyone in case you have any issues.

They won't honor their lifetime subscription. Be careful, you will be asked to repurchase the product again regardless of what you agreed upon.

Do not purchase themes from this company. We purchased a theme in February of 2023. Seemed to be working fine until April of 2024 when a customer says our website is not working. Get on Wordpress to find that the theme needs updated. Did the update and get an error that the theme now does not support our check out page and website is still not working. Reach out to Wordpress. They state it’s the theme as their side is working fine. Reach out to Rocky Themes to assist and get nowhere because they want me to pay another $50 for yearly support or they’ll do nothing. Get on our site and just activate the old Divi Builder we used before purchasing Creativo, old version and all, and the site now works perfectly again.
