About the company, not their products

This is my experience with this art supplies company. I am an artist and had always been eager to work with Canadian made supplies, I found this company during my Internet researches. My order was placed on January 5th, 2026. I never received it as is was mishandled/misdelivered. I have the pictures and camera surveillance to prove it was never delivered to my front door despite clear instructions to do so as I am disabled. I have been exchanging with them via emails since them. In French first, than in English (my second language). The company chose to believe the delivery company rather than me. I asked for a refund or exchange anyway. A nice member from Rockwell named Mike offered to send me back a replacement. In the meantime I have had 3 surgeries within 36 hours (related to cancer) but nothing more to do. Not that it is any of their business but I wrote Mike that I was leaving for France (where my whole family lives) to join my brother in hospice care. Mike offered to have materials delivered from/to France. I had to tell him it would be useless and too late for me as my movements became very limited. My pairing days were over. I felt bad. I introduced Rockwell to my best friend in Canada and her own circle of friends, all in watercolors, paints, scrapbooking, etc. They meet twice a month and they could have been a nice pool of new customers for Rockwell. I offered my friend to choose products she liked of the amount of my initial order and then more (she loved everything) for which I would have gladly paid! My time is "counted" and I won't be needing money soon. I wrote back to Rockwell who answered (I quote) "Hi Veronique
what exactly do you want?
RockWell". Rather rude but I answered explaining my INTENTION which was to send new customers their way. I was told that the offer was initially made because of my health. This was all PITY on their part but since they're not interested with my offer to send my order equivalent and more to my best friend and they don't give a C..p about a dying lady, I wrote them that they could keep their products and their PITY. I apologized for having bothered them but didn't want to hear from them anymore. I'm not interested in this kind of people and company and neither were my friends once I had shared the whole story with them. Since, they emailed me again and even called me on my cell at 1.30 am in France while I'm in hospice care! I know my review will disappear after 2 years once my account will become inactive. This review does not concern their products since I have never received any of them. However, my experience with this company is what it is and I consider it sad and undignified. This is Rockwell Art Supplies for you!
