Very quick delivery, rings are gorgeous, engraving is a lovely touch, good value for money! The fact they check your engraving is correct is a good bonus, we are so happy with our rings, thank you ever so much.

Amazing service and value.
The ring was too big as I ordered the wrong size. Sent email regarding possible exchange etc.
Without any bother they sent me another ring the next day with a prepaid envelope to return.
I love the ring and fits perfectly. I have to say that there are other cheap variations of tungsten rings, but the Rock Solid are absolutely great.

Great rings and amazing quality. The price was fantastic and let me tell you the customer service was outstanding! You don’t see this kind of services anymore out there and I need to praised them for that.

I purchased matching rings as commitment rings. The design was the best for both of us. Unfortunately, my central band started to deteriorate very badly. Within a week I had a new ring on my finger. I was so impressed I purchased a third ring.

I was very sceptical of some of the reviews, as a lot of internet reviews are fake, but I took the chance and ordered a pair of rings. My girlfriend's ring was slightly too big so I contacted customer support and was told they would send out a new ring along with a pre-paid envelope to return the old ring.
It has ben a long time since I have experienced customer service of this level, well done to the team.

The ring I ordered wasn’t in stock in the size I had ordered, although it took a little longer than expected to arrive, when it did arrive it was exactly as I imagined. I will add that Paul kept me updated on the delay throughout.

Upon trying the ring on, I found it was a little snug and emailed to ask if there was a possibility of exchanging for the next size up. Paul responded within an hour or so of me emailing and said to keep hold of the ring I had for now and they would send me out the next size up, along with a pre paid envelope to mail back the smaller ring.

I cannot fault to customer service and the quality of the product is exactly as described. I would 100% recommend buying from this company.
