Not a good experience at all. Did not receive most of the things for the package I purchased. No explaining what she actaully did or proof showing us the work, just a message at the end of the month requesting next payment, that's all she is interested in.
She brought traffic to the website which was useless from countries we don't even sell and it stayed on the website for a second and would leave this was the same traffic day after day, when I questioned about how useful the traffic was she did not answer me but the traffic then stopped!
Received not keyword research, no html cleanup, no competition analysis, no q&a posting, no search engine rank report, no activity report, no monthly action plan. Nothing except a blod post, some rubbish backlinks
The only commuincation you will receive is her newsletters for her own website!
And the meta fields for all products and pages is laughable, this was her attempt at meta description for every product.

Now I need to try and fix all the mess she done, so I paid $200 for a seo package and end up trying to fix all the mess it has caused.
STAY WELL CLEAR! I will now be using a local seo who knows what they are doing
UPDATE: She has now left us a 1 star review, how childish! We are reporting her to trustpilot and shopify partners. We emailed her stating we knew it was her leaving the review and she replied stating "Thank you for your email. Happy to do it, as long as you remove your negative review on my profile. Thank you for your cooperation."

As mentioned in the emails sent to you, the package [SEO Monthly] you purchased was designed to drive traffic to your site, and not really created to SEO optimize your website, which I understand you expected. I did offer you a complete SEO package, which would deliver you what you wanted, but you did not want to pick this one, and opted for the $200 package instead. The 'personalised cheeseboard' is the most trending keyword in your niche, and in your geographical area [UK], especially that one of your categories are personalised cheeseboards, and you are selling them on your website. This keyword has a low competition, is transactional [optimized to drive converting traffic] and has plenty of monthly searches. I also delivered an action plan to you as well as a monthly report by the end of the package. I have also explained each element to you, as you didn't seem to open the document. Google snippets [meta titles and meta descriptions] were edited for all pages, blog posts, and up to 50 of your products. You were not happy, although I did offer you much better value [traffic + on-page SEO] than really included in the package. You tried to file for PayPal chargeback, but they turned down your request. I recommend getting familiar with the package and what's included beforehand and then you can avoid any disappointments. I can see your website on Google, so your website is still up there. Before we used RPC, we were ranking on the 3rd page of Google search for our category. Within a month of Maggie's magic, we were on the 1st page at either the 1st, 2nd or 3rd listing!! Great Tips for Improved Sales
The tips I received from my website (earthsource.com.au) critique were fantastic. I was a little scared to hear what Maggie had to say in case it was all bad, but she was very nice and it was so valuable to have an outsiders objective opinion. When you have worked on something so much and are so close to it, it is easy to miss obvious things that don't work or just need tweaking - Maggie was able to point these out and pretty much each time I thought "Yes of course!". I have implemented most of the changes already and since doing so I have seen an increase is sales. Coincidence or ...? Thanks so much Maggie!
