Rockngravel contacted me saying they…

Rockngravel contacted me saying they had buyers wanting my equipment. They called me in Dec and told me they could have it sold by Jan 1st if I just paid them their fee. Well it’s Jan 7 and I haven’t gotten even 1 lead from. What a scam!

Questions Around Transparency and Brand Clarity

This review reflects my firsthand experience with listings marketed through RockNGravel, based on my role as an independent contractor responding to seller questions and reviewing listing activity.

In practice, these listings were part of a broader system that also included VehicleSellingSolutions.com, FSBOVehicles.com, VSSClassics.com, and VSSRV.com, all sharing the same contact details and internal workflow. That context mattered when sellers sought clarification.

Sellers were often told their equipment matched existing buyer demand. From what I personally observed inside the system, I did not see documented buyer identities, bids, or commitments tied to those statements. Sellers later reached out asking what “buyer interest” meant and what had actually occurred.

I also encountered inconsistent explanations from different representatives regarding timelines and outcomes, and internal support messages sometimes noted they could not confirm what sellers were told earlier.

This is a factual account of what I witnessed. Equipment sellers should ask how buyer interest is verified, whether buyers are identified, and how results are communicated.
