Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. They are actually Allett Mowers but unfortunately the UK distributors of roborock mowers. Arron is nothing but rude. Accused me of having "big thumbs" when I said the mapping could be improved. 2 weeks later roborock eu updated their firmware with the changes I suggested after I contact them directly.

I ordered a £2000+ roborock mower plus the PreciEdge module back in Jun and then some spare blades in September. The mower turned up in July but in October they still hadn't provided the attachment or the spare blades and then cancelled my order. Why would I spend £2k on a mower I can't even buy spare blades for.
