I love my Rock Jaw headphones. Incredible quality and comfort.

Bought them as a present for our son. What he loves about them are the sound is great, but the battery lasts for hours! He has found them a little bit uncomfortable in one ear but is getting used to it.

Great Headphones and good service getting them delivered

Currently on my second pair of Rock Jaw headphones - wouldn't go back to any other make. The sound quality is fantastic, the build quality miles ahead of other headphones I had, but the best part is the customer service. Every time I've contacted them, they were extremely happy to take their time to assist me, while going above and beyond. Certainly an advantage of a smaller, British company over the international giants!

Earphones are really good, the only reason why the rating not 5 star is the communication of the customer service is bit slow.
But the product really good.

I have had a pair of T5 Ultra Connect Bluetooth headphones for a couple of months, having been impressed with their other wired headphones previously, and they have been excellent. All my fears about sound quality with Bluetooth have been allayed and the clarity and separation of sounds between channels and across the soundscape is wonderful.

I have been searching for a quality sounding blue tooth earphone and I am happy to say I found them!!! The build quality is top notch and best of all is the price I would expect to pay twice what they are selling for thanks rock audio

Order placed on May 24, as of June 12 the product still had not arrived. I asked for tracking information and was told none is available until the product is delivered. Huh? At least customer service has been responsive even if they are unable to provide any info.

The products are amazing, and I love the sound quality- I've had the Alfa Genus earbuds for 2 years, and the only reason I'm buying the same ones again is that I've lost them!

There a wide range of tips for the ear buds, and three different set of filters, so you can customise the sound and fit to your taste and ears, which something you can't do with any other earbuds out there.

I have been a satisfied user of Rock Jaw's Alfa Genus V2 earphones, but I've moved on to bluetooth for the past year. Sadly, there was no bluetooth offering from Rock Jaw, so I've tried a variety of "true wireless" bluetooth earphones and bluetooth headphones featuring active noise reduction.

As you can imagine, I was very happy to hear the news that Rock Jaw had produced a new model of bluetooth earphones, at a very reasonable price.

The packaging immediately tells you that this is a premium product (despite the price).

The earphones have an interesting design. The battery is part of the unit, but not built into the earpieces. Although the battery itelf is light in weight, it has a relatively large capacity. I much prefer this design to other earphones I have tried, which come in a charging case and only allow around two hours of continuous use before having to be charged again. This design is much more convenient, and the battery is charged using a USB C connection. The earphones have IPX5 water resistance protection.

The build quality of the earphones is excellent, and they are very light and comfortable to wear.

As far as sound quality goes, this is definitely the best I have tried. The earphones come, as other Rock Jaw earphones do, with three pairs of tuning filters (silver for increased bass response, black for increased treble response, gold as a natural filter). It is worth experimenting with these. My favourite is the silver filter.

As a bonus, the pack also includes three pairs of Comply ear buds (small, medium, large), as well as the standard silicon ear buds. This gives a good opportunity to try these ear buds and to decide which size best suits you. The earphones don't include active noise cancellation, but to be frank this isn't required as the Comply ear buds block out the outside world very effectively.

I'm not an audiophile by any means, but I spend a lot of time commuting and listening to podcasts, audiobooks, and music. These earphones perform great no matter what you are listening to. Elvis Costello's "I Want You" (from the album "Blood & Chocolate") is my standard track to test earphones and headphones, and it sounds amazing with these.

As a side note, customer service from Rock Jaw is fantastic. I posted a question on their web site, and got an almost immediate email asking if I had a phone number they could contact me on. On providing that, one of their engineers called me (again, within a few minutes), and we had a very pleasant chat.

I have no problem with recommending these earphones (or any of Rock Jaw's products). They are a fairly small company, with a passion for excellence and attention to detail that the big guns in this industry would do well to emulate.

Their wired headset was the best I've had, and the new wireless one is another brilliant product.
And they're a really nice company to deal with, on top of that.

I've owned and tested hundreds of headphones over the years and yet these still managed to surprise me. The audio quality is outstanding, especially impressive considering they're wireless. The build quality is excellent - the aluminium earbuds feel like they will stand the test of time and the comply foam really help a difference regards both comfort and listening experience. Battery life is excellent - one charge lasts me an entire day at work (including the commute). The supplied tuning filters and ear pieces allow you to adjust the sound and fit to pretty much any taste. Best of all, in my opinion, is the customer service. It's a small family run company and you're always in touch with someone who genuinely cares, not someone at a call centre with a script. Will be supporting this company for many years to come. Highly recommended.

Support a small British family firm- easy to order, shipped promptly and arrived when they said the package would. A great product (T5 Ultra Connects) and from my dealings with the company I'd recommend them unreservedly.
