I returned my item with track and trace service. It has been delivered 10 days ago. No response from the company regarding my refund. I reached out to Rocketshopers 2 times via emails asking about refund, no response. I will unfortunately have to resort to a legal action. I suggest to avoid this shop, it's a shady business.

SCAM!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
SCAM!!! Avoid at all costs!!! I ordered a treadmill, shipping stated 7-10 days. On the due date, I checked the tracking details and it said delivered, but delivered to a random address, I don’t even think is in the UK.
I’ve emailed several times, and received no response. Will be contacting my bank.
