Would rate less if I could. Have confirmation from yodel that my return parcel was delivered back to RocketDog but have recieved no payment, confirmation, and no reply to my many emails from their customer team. Will likely have to escalate this but do not buy!

Ordered 3 pairs of trainers total £74 paid £25 gift card and rest on my credit card.
Kept 1 pair £30 returned 2 pairs £44
After the returned parcel went missing and chasing couriers etc contacted Rocket dog who couldn’t trace it either and refunded £19 and £25 gift card even though I had kept good’s totalling £30.
In effect you may never spend the gift card if you order more than one pair of trainers for style etc as they’ll always refund to gift card! Now I have to purchase something else from them which I don’t want to do. Would rather loose the £25 than give them any more money. Sneaky way of increasing their sales.

I'd been searching for what seemed like weeks to find a pair of high top trainers. Many of the well known brands are too narrow in the toes for me and with thin soles that don't seem to last long. Rocket Dog ate rounder at the toes and when I saw the cheery hi cord high tops I really liked the grey ones. They also have a grey sole which I love. I ordered a pair in my size in the grey. Communication was really good and delivery very quick. The trainers themselves are excellent. Just what I wanted in looks. Comfort is amazing as they have comfort foam soles and quite substantial, not thin. I absolutely love them and they will be my go to future purchases without a doubt. Value for money is another plus as they really are affordable without breaking the bank, meaning replacing or buying additional pairs is reasonable. I would recommend Rocket Dog to anyone.

Bought 2 pairs of boots one grey one brown, loved the look of them
In less than a year every time I wore them out and it was wet I noticed the rain off the grass would seep through them and wet my feet
A few months later I decided to buy the same two pairs thinking maybe last ones were just faulty , again this has happened , the rain water is getting through them
It is so frustrating as I love the boots
They are very poorly made it’s a shame

Very bad customer service! I never got a shipping confirmation email. I reached out to ask when my shoes would ship and the next day received a response that my shoes had shipped and the email included what looked like a button/link to track my order. The button/link did not work.
I responded and let them know, that I could not track my order, and I have STILL not received a response to that one.

The shoes have arrived but they are too big and I have reached out 3 times now asking for help returning and getting a refund with NO RESPONSE!

There is NO customer service phone number, only one email address.

What a crappy company.

My first time ordering from this company. Boots arrived and I noticed the outer plastic bag had been resealed with sellotape.
I ordered a pair of walnut coloured suade ankle boots. The fit was good but the suade on both toes and heels was scuffed and discoloured. It looked like the toes and heels had been rubbed which had flattened the suade and left dark marks.
After reading the reviews I'm doubtful the returns process will be straightforward. Very disappointed. I won't be using this company again.

I wouldn’t say these boots were worth the real price of £85 or what I paid for them £50. They don’t look like the picture they are higher up & the material is very thing not good quality at all. I own another two pairs from years ago & since then i would say quality has gone downhill. The laces don’t tie properly they are almost synthetic.

I ordered some shoes for a birthday paying for the next day delivery. The order despatched email was sent out in the expected time frame but the royal mail tracking suggests that they never received the parcel.

The only means of communication is via email, I sent an email questioning what was happening the night that no delivery was made and didn't receive a response until almost a week later. At which point I was told that the parcel was likely lost and that the size ordered was now sold out so they'd just issue a refund... Great.

Fast forward another week and I'm now receiving unsolicited marketing emails despite unticking the box for such communication during my initial order and ignoring the double opt in confirmation email that they decided to send anyway... Perhaps the ICO need to be notified about this.

Bought a pair of leather Rocket dog ankle boots a couple of years ago they have been in storage since then , I got them out on Saturday to wear and they have disintegrated they were not real leather I paid good money for these to find out they are rubbish , because I bought them a couple years ago I expected leather boots to last I only wore them twice …. Disappointing to put it mildly

Ordered shoes, didn’t fit, sent them back within a matter of days of receiving them. Haven’t refunded me after 20+ days of them receiving the shoes back, haven’t answered my emails chasing the refund.

Very poor quality shoes. Less then a year old and already disintegrated they is not my first pair and they all broke after less than a year

Ordered, returned requested a refund was approved sent back with the label i printed off had to pay for postage .. no refund received, a joke of a company, was ordered through amazon and still cant seem to complain about the company or get a refund £30 out of pocket .. a complete joke company

Had two pairs of a style of boots I've worn for years fall apart after very little wear - the first day of wear, in fact. Contacted the company who said because they were bought through a third party I would need to complain to the seller instead. I even asked if they had problems with counterfeits - but they said no(!) - so they make the goods, but take no responsibility for their quality. Very disappointed - have worn these for years. Poor quality now. RD have no warranty or guarantee system either.

You know what? The straps started to tear after the second use, but in terms of comfort, these shoes are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn!!!! Hence rating a 3. They’re SOOO comfortable, I walked 10k in a day with them, however they do rip and are made from flimsy/ low quality materials

I recently made a purchase of two pairs of flip-flops. Unfortunately, although the invoice was correct, the goods were not. I emailed the company and explained the situation immediately. I had a response back within 2 hours apologising and saying they would rectify the mistake. First thing the next morning I had the correct replacement!
I cannot fault their customer service, Sarah was excellent.

Returned order three weeks ago. I cannot get a refund and no response to numerous emails. Avoid!

Really not impressed so far, sent a return back on 1 July and had to chase customer service twice (via email) only to be told today they cannot see the return being processed. Very worried and concerned about the lack of time this is taking, poor / slow communication and also having to search through my records to confirm to them the parcel was indeed returned and send proof over. Certainly wouldn’t use again or recommend.

I bought a beautiful pair of trainers and after 4 months there’s holes in the soles. At this price point I’d expect better!!!!

I have just bought my second pair of rocket dog shoes,a white and gold pair,my others I bought a couple of years ago,they are so comfortable which is my first priority but they are such lovely designs as well, I always get compliments when I wear them.

Been buying them since the mid eighties. Never again. Width fitting is so bad that I can hardly wear them. Shame really. They were great shoes in the past so ROCKET DOG you won't be seeing anymore of my hard earned again.
