lowered my rate but when my house appraised for more and they asked me if i wanted to borrow more i never heard back, just received an email telling me to schedule my closing asap

I honestly thought that owning a home was just not going to be possible for me. I have a lot of student loan debt and I know nothing about mortgage rates or realtors. When I tried Rocket Mortgage I was completely amazed how friendly and helpful everyone was. The whole process was online which was wonderful because I work full time and have a family. I was able to text, email, and use the app at my convenience. Every step of the way was explained thoroughly and when it came time to sign papers for the closing- the closing agent even came to my workplace by request so I didn’t have to take time off work. I am super grateful and very pleased with the entire experience- and now I can finally say I am a homeowner!!

The experience was amazing. I loved being able to read the documents ahead of time and write down my questions to bring to the closing. This made things move faster and made me feel less pressure in the actual closing.

The process was very smooth and Ali did an amazing job keeping us informed on everything. The internet call Closer was not very good. The process was again easy and she provided all the details but she looked like she stepped out of bed for the call and not really professional.

Everything was great from start to finish. We started with Joe. He gave us all the information we needed in a clear manner. Super friendly while professional. From there the app was easy to follow. We finished up with Chris. He was helpful at the end. Would definitely recommend.

Everything went smoothly. Our representative called before coming and she had completed her prior client early. She arrived at our home one-half early.

The entire process from us applying to the closing was seamless.

It was a quick and pleasant experience. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to my friends and family. We pre-signed all of our closing docs on the day of our closing, which allowed us to have a very efficient closing with the remote notary. I accidentally checked to have the funds wired, and mailed, so my notary gave me the phone number to the closing department to to send my funds by electronic deposit. Thank you Rocket Mortgage.

The transition from working with the Rocket Banker and ‘for sale by owner’ steps to Rocket Close was easy and inspired confidence in me, the seller. All individuals I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Processes (application, ongoing communication etc) were easy to maneuver yet when I had questions they were dealt with respectfully and in a timely manner. Very satisfied with processes and costs.

The staff professionalism, knowledge, and communication made the entire process convenient and stress-free. I would recommend to everyone.
