Bought a new tank and cabinet for my son, looks absolutely fantastic, in my opinion the tank we chose is excellent for beginners.
I did have to email Rocketaquatics for information and the response was very fast indeed.
Delivery was fast, and I was kept up to date via email when my delivery would arrive and that also included a time.
Will I be using Rocketaquatics again?.....Yes I will, I recieved a fantastic service and will have no hesitation using them again.

Ordered fish tank and cabinet on Saturday was delivered on Tuesday very quick. Delivery man was very helpful, would definitely use them again. Also very reasonable on price.

Ordered a fish tank, delivery was on time. But I live in a flat, and when my sister took the delivery the driver simply dumped the 35kg package on the pavement outside, told her she could take it from there and walked off. She had to flag down a passing UPS van to help her get it inside. I phoned Rocket Aquatics to complain, but the lady said they don't legally have to take a package beyond the ground floor. I told her he didn't even make it to the ground floor, but she didn't seem to care. Awful service, awful phone manner. Won't be buying anything from this shoddy company again.

I purchaised from them a Juwel Rio 400&cabinet a couple of years ago,and an Arcadia 60 fisht tank one week ago.In both cases I received the items very quick and in good condition.

Ordered replacement tank-hood on Wednesday night, arrived on Friday.
Found the lamp cracked, informed rocket and a replacement arrived on Tuesday. Good communications too- informed me of delivery dates.
Will definately use in future purchases- thank you rocketaquatics for an excellent service.

I ordered a fish tank for my boyfriends birthday and it quite clearly stated a 2 day delivery.

 

I waited in on the 2nd day, nothing !

After various emails and contact attempts, One week later, the day of my boyfriends birthday and it had still not been delievered, leaving me red faced that he had no present to open.

 

The staff at rocketaquatics were pretty rude to me on the phone and obviously have their slopey shoulders teflon coated because they accepted no  responsibility, I would recieve no compensation and told me to sort it out with the courier company direct as it had left their premises !!!

 

I have instructed the courier company to send the item back to rocketaquatics and am still awaiting a full refund and an appology for ruining my boyfriends birthday but am not going to hold my breath...

Fast and reliable delivery of goods.

Found what I wanted that I couldn't get from my local aquarium suppliers.

Have used this site before and will do again in the future.

Ordered this item late on the afternoon/evening of Tuesday 12th June, item was delivered on 14th June. The item was as described and has been setup and is working perfectly, no faults or leaks. Both the product and the service are/have been excellent.
Even the delivery was given down to a 1 hour timeslot and the courier with the item, arrived bang in the middle of the timeslot, no need to wait in unnecessarily.

Misunderstood part of order. Was contacted and order was sorted out but the first part of the order was already in transit now closely followed by the amended order .

This shop supplied and delivered the filter I wanted not only at a good price but also quickly.

the vivarium arrived well packed and wrapped well in plenty of bubble wrap, and reasonably priced,it was on time,excellent company will use again.

Only ordered something small, but needed item as a matter of urgency. Heard nothing for a while, then had to contact them, only to find they were awaiting delivery from another company, so the item was never in stock in the first place, this should have been made clear at time of ordering, secondly the company should have communicated and let me know of delay. I had to cancel order as it was going to be near on 2 weeks before I would have received item. Note to company, if item not held in stock.....State it.......Also, communication is key

New "Fish R Fun" aquarium arrived promptly, when opened there was slight damage to the light but Rocket Aquatics were extremely understanding and helpful & dispatched a replacement unit which arrived the next day. Very good to deal with, good value products and would definitely recommend.

New vivarium is exactly what we were looking for to house our Giant African Snail. Product arrived on time and well packed all for a very reasonable price. Will use again
