Bought mini electric pump which failed after a year which may have been due to getting caught in a storm. Contacted customer service by email and got an instant response. Sent pics and received replacement within a week. Excellent service.

Excellent value for money, great design, and my little three-year-old is absolutely delighted - he sits on his bike and heads straight for the track, and without the RockBros helmet he doesn’t even want to go to kindergarten. We’re truly happy to have discovered this company.

The service was excellent! We lost the chin strap buckle but weren't sure what it looked like before. The service team quickly sent us a complete replacement strap set free of charge. Fantastic! The staff were also very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

The ROCKBROS photochromic cycling glasses are absolutely recommendable! Right out of the box, they feel very high-quality and come in a stylish, sturdy case.

The glasses sit comfortably and lightly, even on longer rides. What impresses me most is the HD-clear vision and the reliable photochromic effect: they automatically darken in the sun and return to clear vision in the evening – perfect for any time of day.

I had a question about the product, and customer service responded incredibly friendly, fast, and straightforward. I received a replacement within a very short time – it doesn’t get any better than that.

Conclusion: Great glasses with well-thought-out features and a service that sets standards. A definite must-buy!

All in all a positiv Review. So I didn’t like the Product and I Return it. The Service was Always online Fast Quick and reliable - they offered me a 10Percent discount - if I Keep the Product for Family and Friends.

Excellent customer services. Have gone above and beyond to sort a problem I had with a pair of sunglasses. Wasn’t even their fault! Very fast and friendly (Leila) responses to my emails and have been a pleasure to deal with. I will buy again and would recommend to others.

Bought a set of mountain bike pedals. Rode less than 100 miles on them and one of them fell off my bike while on the trail. Luckily I wasn’t injured. Customer service told me that it was a “minor issue” but that it was outside the warrantee period so they would do nothing. Don’t sacrifice your safety with this brand. Buy something higher quality. You deserve it!
