Showed up exactly as pictured with shipment updates.

From purchase to delivery, the process was straightforward. Seller emailed updates timely. Product is well made and embroidery shows quality and consistency.

Partial order delivery and no response when engaging support. Suggest ordering one thing at a time or nothing at all. They put 1 of 2 items in box and no resolution when I asked for my full order.

Great graphics, bright and vivid.
Seems well attached to fabric - washed well.
Good communication - decent shipping times - good follow thru.
4 stars because of lower quality of sweatshirt and thin material.
It's hard paying $28 + for a cheaper made sweatshirt.

Terrible site! Charged me for a T-shirt never got a confirmation never heard From them, sent them emails they never responded. When I kept hounding them for a refund, they refunded me the purchase price of the shirt, but charge me nine dollars for a shirt. They never sent. Don't ever deal with these people.

My order was never delivered. I contacted the company multiple times by phone and by email and never received a response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Poor design. The photo on the website, Grimace was easier to see. However, upon delivery you cannot even see grimace and rickatee will not allow a return or an exchange or a refund.
Now I have an overpriced hoodie that is useless to me and I can't even give it away.

i have just clicked 3 stars because my item hasnt arrived yet. i just wanted to know if anybody else experienced this: the address of the place i ordered from is USA, my payment has appeared on my account as somewhere in France and the tracking code they have sent me says my item is currently in China.
could i have been scammed or is this a normal process?

I’ve been trying to do a return but no one is responding to me. This has been absolutely frustrating. They changed my order because of supply and sent me something I didn’t ask for, now they won’t talk with me to return it????

Ordered a flag from Rockatee, it's well-made and durable. However, the order/tracking systems were pretty glitchy. The website kept having errors when trying to purchase on PC and shipping updates would link me to unrelated websites. Overall a good product, but did make me question if I was purchasing from a legit company.

I like to be informed about where my shipping is but I recieved waaaay too many emails. Nonetheless I appreciate the effort.
The shirt is expensive for the quality in my opinion.

I love the design, but I ordered a hooded sweatshirt for $30 and got a tee shirt. Very cute , but should have at least been less money.

They sent me the wrong color hat and I could not find a way to contact them to correct this or get a refund.
