I congratulate the staff at Rock and Road on the efficiency related to an ongoing problem with a bicycle purchased some time back. The outcome exceeded my expectations. If it were possible to award more stars, then I certainly would!
The after care with this company is second to none! I highly and unreservedly recommend them.

New Trek bike from Rock & Road…
Bought a new Trek bike from Rock & Road in Yeovil. First of all they price matched the bike, which meant I got a great price. Once delivered and built I went to collect it and spent nearly two hours with Al doing a full handover and fitting a couple of extra accessories. Nothing was too much trouble and time spent with me was never a problem - consequently I had a very good experience and would thoroughly recommend them.

Absolutely outstanding place to shop!!
Everything about the Yeovil shop was perfect staff were availed immediately and nothing was too much trouble for them. We dealt with Al and he was so attentive and knowledgeable we ended up buying 2 bikes instead of one!! A first class experience all round what a fabulous company I would definitely recommend Rock and Road!!

Excellent customer service
Called to collect online order. Kept in touch to update me on progress of order. When called to collect bike was built and ready at time promised. Staff member was very helpfull and took care to explain everything and check seat height was correct. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions, even helped load bike into car. Very helpfull.

Raleigh Motus Tour

Ebike purchase
Have just bought an ebike from Rock and Road. Al was super-helpful and explained the pros and cons of various models clearly. All our questions were answered knowledgeably. He arranged delivery of a couple of bikes from a different store so I could get the one that suited me best. Chris handed the bike over once we had decided which bike to go for. He was really thorough and ensured I understood how to get best from bike etc.... Darren was also very helpful advising us on the best way to transport the bike. A great team!

Best Bike Shop in the South West!
I have to say they have the best customer service I have experienced in a very very long time. They are the epitome of helpfulness, attention to detail & thinking outside the box in trying to achieve what their customers want. No pushy sales here! I can't fault them & all in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. My purchase was achieved with smiles, great advice using their experience & a professionalism that others in this industry could learn from!!! Thank you to Al, Chris & all the staff......
