I ordered a G N' R shirt from rock.com for a concert of theirs, and my order came in on time just fine. Will shop there again!

1. I would prefer if an illustration on the t-shirt was twice as small as its current size.
2. It feels tight when I wear the T-Shirt over other clothes. So waist part of it should be wider.
Otherwise it is great to wear :)

I never got the merchandise I bought. I enquired after a period of time given a USPS tracking number. I went to the post office and they said the number was not valid. I learned my lesson and gave up.OK, finally showed up. Must be the post office. Love the shirts.

The t-shirt was considered custom - I don't know why since it was readily available on the website, with no disclaimer about it being custom. It was just a black shirt with the old style logo of the word TOOL on the front. No biggie, I thought. I did receive the shirt and it is good quality, but it took forever to get it. I mean, I live in Canada and I order stuff from the states all the time, but this shirt took 2 months to arrive, even though I paid for shipping that estimated 5-10 business days. I realize you can't control what happens at customs, but 2 months seems long.

It was hard to reach anyone to speak with about this, and after leaving a phone message, I received an email 2 weeks later, citing customs as the reason for the delay. (BTW - I had to look up the business online to get a number since no phone number is provided on the Rock.com site)

The shirt was great, the experience, not great. Not providing a phone number and then the shipping taking so long made me feel like I was scammed out of money - like the site was not legit, until I actually received the shirt. Made me nervous for online shopping in the future.

Happy to receive our order in perfect condition and in record time, just as advertised!

They were fast, didnt screw around like rockabilia does, and I got exactly what I wanted -- My only complaint would be the selection -- I wish there was more to choose from -- less mainstream things maybe!

The shirts wew a great present. Some of them fit tight. Will order again, just order a size larger than needed.
