I've purchased many items from rock.com …

I've purchased many items from rock.com for myself and for my 11 year old twin boys who are getting into music more this past year. Never had any issues with finding what I wanted and shipping was fast. Prices are reasonable but coupons via email help a lot.

Great Value, Great Service

I have purchased from Rock.com several times now, the last time being three items just before Christmas. All items were as described on the site and of the highest quality. Shipping is fast and reasonably priced and all items very well packaged. Rock.com is a great choice for anyone looking for official music-related merchandise at very reasonable prices. And look out for the special sales, they are great.

Usually Great, except for when the package never arrived

I have ordered from Rock.com in the past and everything went smoothly, I would have given a 5, except this last purchase, a gift for christmas purchased on 12/8, never arrived, and still hasn't arrived as of 1/3. Since I like Rock.com and they are responsive, I a happy to give them another opportunity for my business, although I have been told I can't ask about a missing parcel until one month after purchase.

DON,T WASTE YOUR MONEY.…

Read previous review titled "International buyers beware ". I will take this opportunity to add additional comments. This Co does not believe in customer service, they use lies to achieve one thing,get your money. when things go wrong as they did with me because they sent the wrong size and used their arsenal of lies to prevent them from doing the right thing which was simply to replace the t/shirt at their expense, instead they choose to use the cheap method of "The best line of defense is attack ". Last but not least is quality of the t/shirt material which to say the least is cheap and nasty, a $5 dollar item at best. Their reply to my first review was simply them trying to placate me in order for them to look good on Trust Pilot. Pathetic.BUY FROM THIS CO AT YOUR PERIL.

Please contact store@rock.com so we can work out a solution to the cost of returning the items through another class of service, etc. or otherwise work this out such as sending you a replacement shirt.
