While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

ROCK IT are friendly, professional, helpful, very efficient. I am a senior EA working for The Forward Trust and they have helped me to navigate my (new role) and assisted me whilst (mainly) WFH. They have helped in a number of ways. For example, with Word queries (in tables), organised updates for important Distribution Lists, assisted with sub-committee and Board meeting tech/info, helped with email view advice.
They are friendly and efficient on the telephone, assisting in the shortest time possible - to be efficient, but not curt.
I would not have been able to navigate my complex role without them, so thank you.
Merry Christmas to the whole team, but especially to Zachary and David!

We have used them for 5 years. The service gradually got worse, timeframes got longer and longer, backups weren't carried out and every time we were dealing with someone different. They would only be in touch when they wanted to sell you something. Items previous included in the monthly charge were suddenly charged as extras. Getting money from our account into their account seemed to be their sole objective even to the extent that they continued to try and take money out of it after we had agreed and settled all balances. We now have a smaller very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful outfit in their place. What a difference!

I wouldn't use this company if their ceo is treating his employees like slaves
Bad experience with Rock.
We had been a customer with them for over 5 years, start with basic IT support. Everything went fine until 2 years ago they lure us with the so-call Detto backup, the idea of which was to auto-backup with our servers.
We told them the backup need to be on the right pc - they set up on the wrong pc and not only that, but also kept on charging us, which they said it's our fault that we hadn't informed them early enough, which is a lie!
We refused to pay and ultimately have to get solicitor involved to get the credit raised.
Ultimately it's not worth the hassle.
Dont let them near your IT systems! That's all that needs to be said.
