I bought over $500 dollars in their online store. I bought an infinity circle ring for $19.99 and the ring turned brass within 5 days of me wearing it. I sent pictures and sent pictures . Their customer service is horrible. they emailed me saying that they could only do something within the first 4 days of delivery. If an item turns brass in 4 days then why advertise it as 9.25 silver. They are a SCAM
Awfull charms and charm bracelet, never worn the bracelet and when I went to wear it it was all discoloured and looked awfull!!
Spoke to customer service they were no help at all and basically just said nothing they can do!!
