The kitchen set I bought was great
The kitchen set I bought was great. My granddaughter loves it. The packaging was impressive. When I made a mistake on one of the doors you replaced it for shipping costs only. That was amazing to me. I will definitely be buying more toys from you.

This time I ordered 2 items that needed…
This time I ordered 2 items that needed an "C" adapter for the lights to work on both. I prefer items that need batteries. But the additional info did not mention adapter needed before ordering. The cheapest I found was over $6 dollars (tax not included. So my out if pocket is about $15. Also, parts did not fit well and the instructions were confusing. I have put many things together. If I had know about needing an adapter, I would have purchased before putting together. The light does not work so I am tasked with taking it apart and figure out the problem. I will NOT recommend these items to anyone!!!

I love these kits! I needed to replace some parts because I had painted them incorrectly and they didn’t move accurately as a result. The parts were replaced for just $5 and I received them in a timely way. Very much appreciated!

Partial order, bad info
I've ordered the Manta Ray and Hammerhead Shark.
While I've received the Manta, it's been a few weeks abd i have not received any confirmation or information on the availability of the Hammerhead. When i mail your support team that come back with 'please be assured that all orders will be processed sequentially', but i have no udea if or when i can expect the last package to be shipped.

Customer service was brilliant. They were onto it straight away, sending me the correct product and advising me I could keep the wrong item I hadn't ordered instead of sending it back.

My kitten chewed up one of the wires, and they replaced it without question. I only had to pay $5 shipping.

Replacement process OK, but risk of breakage during assembly is an issue
I appreciate that they were willing to replace the broken part. However, the part broke because it is flimsy and the instructions call for it to be forced into a very difficult position. I had to pay $5 to have the new part shipped to me. I'm not confident I'm going to be able to get the new part into that difficult position without it breaking as well, but I'll try, and if that fails I guess I'll just have to consider the entire project to be a bust. I didn't anticipate being asked to put these little flimsy wooden pieces into such difficult-to-achieve positions.
