I recently traded in roboforex

I recently traded in roboforex. I deposited my account via my virtual card which they accepted the funds. After trading I made profit, So I withdraw my initial capital using my virtual card without problem. I continue trading using my existing profit gain from previous trade and gain even more. Now 3days ago I withdraw some of my profit using thesame process as before. Unfortunately they decline the withdrawal and ask more requirements to comply. Why? my account is already verified. I already made deposit and withdrawal transactions without problem. and because I withdraw more you will find reason to delay my withdrawal? very unprofessional this broker...

Scammers – Avoid This Broker

I’ve been a client of RoboForex for a long time, but recently they’ve completely changed. I requested a withdrawal and now they’re refusing to pay. They asked me to send a photo of myself holding my ID, even though I already verified my account with a face scan when I signed up. That should be more than enough, but now they’re using this as an excuse to delay payment.

I submitted all the documents they asked for, and it’s been over 5 days. Every time I contact support, they just say “wait for the managers” with no timeframe or update. They opened a new ticket (#2309890) only after I requested a withdrawal, and they’re ignoring my previous ticket (#2308735) where this all started.

It feels like a trick to avoid paying clients. They no longer honor negative balance protection either, and withdrawals can take years now. I just want my funds, but they keep stalling. This is not the broker I once trusted.

If you’re considering using RoboForex, think twice. They delay, make excuses, and treat loyal clients like this. Avoid them.

You say the review period may take up to 5 working days, but you’re not giving me any clear timeframe or confirmation of when this will be resolved. I’ve already provided everything you asked for. There’s no reason for this delay except to keep me from accessing my money.

I’m waiting for your reply as soon as possible. This is unfair to loyal clients who have been with you for a long time.

(Unnecessary delays and constant document requests)

I’ve been waiting for over 7 days now, and instead of processing my request, they keep asking for more documents one after another. First, they waited 4 days to ask for a utility bill, and now I’m still waiting again.

They didn’t ask for all the required documents at once — instead, they’re dragging it out step by step. In the meantime, I can’t trade, deposit, withdraw, or even open new accounts. It feels like a deliberate delay tactic.

This kind of behavior seems really shady. If you’re going to request documents, at least ask for everything upfront instead of stalling and keeping clients locked out of their accounts.

Not a good experience so far.

Scam broker-withdrawal issue

Scam broker - I funded my account and decided to test the withdrawal process before investing larger amounts. I submitted a crypto withdrawal request, and it has already been 5 days with no resolution.
Every time I contact live chat, they simply provide a ticket number. I have opened a ticket as well, but I still haven’t received any response.
In my 7–8 years of Forex trading experience, this is the worst broker I have encountered.

My favourite broker

I’ve been trading with RoboForex for quite a while now, and after trying most of the big names out there, they’ve ended up being my firm favourite.

The cent account in particular works incredibly well. It’s ideal for testing strategies properly without committing large capital, and it behaves exactly how you’d expect. Execution has been solid, spreads are fair, and I’ve never felt like I’m being squeezed. There’s also a wide range of leverage options, which is important to me because I run different approaches depending on the account.

I trade heavily – thousands of trades a month – so any issues would show up quickly. Slippage has been reasonable, platform stability has been good, and overall it just does what it says on the tin.

Customer support has genuinely impressed me. They’re very responsive and actually answer the question you ask rather than sending generic replies. On the rare occasions I’ve needed help, it’s been sorted quickly.

Withdrawals are refreshingly simple. My payouts have typically arrived in around one business day, which removes a lot of the stress you sometimes get with other brokers. No chasing, no unnecessary delays.

They also run regular promotions and bonuses, which are a nice extra if you choose to use them, but the core reason I stay is reliability.

To be honest, I’m struggling to find a bad thing to say. After trying multiple brokers over the years, RoboForex is the one I’ve stuck with.

I came here out of Personally Recommended – Never Had Any Issues With Liquidity or Withdrawals and…

I came here out of curiosity and honestly I’m shocked by what I’m reading. I’ve been using RoboForex for years and have never had any issues.

I’ve made many withdrawals, ranging from a few hundred euros up to €10,000 in a single transaction. Smaller withdrawals of around €1,000 were processed almost instantly, while larger amounts usually took a few hours.

I’ve even withdrawn funds on weekends without any problems. I have never experienced any issues with this broker.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and have no complaints whatsoever.

Worst trading company to go with

Worst trading company to go with. They won’t let you withdraw after some profits, and will state clauses in their terms and conditions about “verification” and cards used for deposits. .. to Stop you receiving withdrawals.

Even after providing the information you need to, they will just request more information.

They cost me over 150,000 USD. I’d stay clear of them.

They provide high leverage, .. which is great. And also fast withdrawals when they do them. But after you win they will just hold the money, and what you provide will not help. Aka they loop it, (for months with mine currently).

It’s a tell tale sign, as they r not regulated, ..
and do what they want tbh.

Overall they seem like a reputable company, but are far from it if you are gonna make some money and want to consistently withdraw.

Steer clear ..

i opened a position on BNAI stock on…

i opened a position on BNAI stock on your rstocks platform and unfortunately it tanked but what surprised me was the fact that when i closed that position at $9.70 it was filled at $7.02 which was not even close to the current price and by the end of the day wasn't even reached. and yes its not slippage because there was plenty of volume and what kind of slippage is $2.00, there is definitely something fishy about your broker.
would not recommend it to anyone who has options to use other brokers
