I would highly recommend RBT to anyone requiring this type of service. The whole experience, from getting a free quote to the completion of the move, was excellent. Great Communication throughout. Robert and John were friendly, polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and they did have a rather heavy awkward sofa to move! All items being moved were expertly cared for during dismantling and reassembling and they were fully protected with suitable coverings during transportation. A job well done, resulting in complete customer satisfaction. Thanks.

The team were absolutely fantastic. Great communication beforehand and fantastic care and attention throughout. It gave me full trust in them and would highly recommend to anyone.

It's only possible to give Ben and his team of careful workhorse's 5 stars, but if it were possible we'd give them 10+. From the start of communication, to the move itself, and then on to the customer service skills after the move should all be mentioned here. We had 2 full van loads from a big 3 bedroomed house, and including all of my boating, fishing gear, and 75" tv, everything was transported with the utmost of care. They provided a very friendly outgoing, and professional service, including all blanket coverings, boxes, strapping tape, and professional wardrobe style boxes designed to hold clothes safely and neatly. We were moving quite a distance, and not even one crystal glass marked at all. We didn't know R.B.T Removals existed until we needed their service. They undercut everyone too. It's all smiling faces here. We can definitely highly recommend them. Thank you so very much guys, for the move, and the decent banter. Good luck for everything you do in future. Robert Ben Transport were very reliable. Picked up the shipment and delivered right on time. Pleasant drivers and spot on up to date information. We have used them now on numerous occasions and have never been let down. Also like the idea of supporting local companiess.

Excellent service from start to finish. Responded quickly to my enquiry, offered a range of dates for me to pick what was best for me.
I had two addresses to collect from, nothing was too much bother.

We had to get a large fence delivered at the very last minute and Robert Ben sorted it out no problem. Would highly recommend these guys.

Robert and his team moved our large settee up and down flights of stairs at short notice. They were quick, efficient and reasonable in terms of cost. They were also very easy to get on with and I would highly recommend them.
