Brutally honest, in a good way
Ran my cv through it expecting another fluff tool that tells you everything is great. Got 62 out of 100 and a list of stuff that actually made me uncomfortable to read, in a good way. It called out that my bullet points sounded like freelance work even though I've been at a serious agency on big projects, and that things like "built 5 interactive calculators" mean nothing without traffic or conversion numbers behind them. It even pointed out the cliches in my "about me" that I had been copy pasting between cvs for years. The one thing it praised was my Vite optimization metrics, which is exactly the kind of stuff I knew was strong, so the feedback felt calibrated, not random. spent the evening rewriting half my resume based on the notes. there's also an editor and a few other tools in there that I started poking at after. solid product, definitely recommend if you want real feedback instead of compliments.
