Connectivity is seamless!
Connectivity is seamless (particularly on iPhones). We had an emergency diversion on our plane which required us to land in another country. Once we were allowed to turn off airplane mode, I was connected right away and able to send a message to friends and family to let them know our plane would be a couple hours longer and the reason why.
We the used our (3 of them) for an entire 16-day trip for less than what it would’ve cost to do 3-4 days on just a single phone with our Canadian roam like home/better plans!
10/10 would recommend, get a referral code from a friend (or literally anyone, maybe even me!) and both benefit!

Untrustworthy service
I bought an eSIM for Zimbabwe and the moment I arrived in the country, it was completely useless. It simply did not work and there was absolutely no way to activate it.
After wasting a significant amount of time with customer service, they finally admitted that their service does not even work in Zimbabwe.
So let me ask this: why on earth are you selling an eSIM for Zimbabwe if you don’t actually provide service there? This is misleading at best and feels like a complete scam.
Update after they response:
They said they don't sell any packages for Zimbabwe? Can anyone then explain why I could buy one?

At the moment, Zimbabwe is one of the few locations where we do not offer coverage. This is why we do not list it among our destinations with coverage in the Roamless app or the Roamless website, and we do not sell any Zimbabwe-specific plans of course.
For clarification, the same Roamless eSIM is usable in 200+ destinations, but we do not market the Roamless eSIM for destinations where we do not have coverage.
Since we do not have your account details in Trustpilot, we could not locate your support chat (even after scanning through all conversations around Zimbabwe).

Great eSim
So far Roamless has proven to be the best eSim we have ever used internationally. However, I did get a notification from Roamless saying I was just about out of Flex data, despite the app indicating that I still had plenty. I bought another $20US, only to find that I don’t really need it.
