Stay away do not order from here. Product never arrived but billing did have tried so many times to send back documentation with no credit from them on my Credit Card. Horrible customer service and I honestly believe they want you to just give up and move on. Snakes!
STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY! Their shipping time is snail pace even though they advertise your order being shipped within 7-10 days on items that are stated to be in stock. You never get a confirmation email of your order nor a shipping notice and when you log in to check the status you find that the items that you ordered that were supposedly in stock are on back order. I returned an item over 4 months ago and have yet to receive my money back. Customer service is almost impossible to get a hold of and when you do they are rude. Their size charts are not accurate and if you return an item because it does not fit they do not give you a 100% refund.

Roaman's used to be a good company
Roaman's used to be a good company, but not anymore. Took MONTHS to get a refund for a simple return. I had to file a Pay Pal claim. Roaman's has no customer service. They will just leave you on hold and never come back. Very badly run company. Never again. That includes all their linked company's as well. Woman Within, Ellos, Catherines are all under the same company.
I purchased 3 skirts back in May
I purchased 3 skirts back in May. after a several weeks, one arrived, then finally another one arrived. I realized I should have ordered them in the next size down. So I called the company and she said return the two and when the third comes in then return that one. So these were supposed to be exchanges. This was the middle of July when I sent them back. I have waited and waited. I finally called the company tonight and was told that they had suspended the return because the warehouse did not know how to do the return. When I asked why no one contacted me to let me know that it had been suspended, the customer service associate did not have an answer. He said he could refund now and I would have to reorder. During that time of waiting the third skirt came in and I returned it via UPS within several days. Today when I talked to them they did not have record of the third skirt and they said they would need the return tracking number. Unfortunately I mailed it through work so I do not have a return tracking number. I have bought from this company for several years, at least 15-20 skirts. And even though the original order shows three skirts all the same size they would not stand behind the third skirt. Now why would I return 2 and not the third. When I said that they have lost a customer, the person said, I wish it weren't that way but I respect your decision. I guess they feel like they get enough first time buyers whose orders they can screw up, that they don't have to work to keep their long standing customers. 25 dollars is apparently too high a cost to maintain their customer base and a good reputation. Buyer be ware, they will hang you out to dry and not think twice about it. And on top of that, they were certainly happy to keep my 100 dollars for no good reason and for what ever length of time they thought they could get away with it.
Horrible company
Horrible company. What a joke! Of course they took forever to refund then Charged me a late fee on my bill. They won’t refund shipping and I sent the dress back on my own dime. What a horrible company. Buyer beware! Don’t waste your money! If there was a place for 0 stars that’s what I’d leave! Scammers on hold for 2 hours on my first call and an hour today! I hung up on them....what a BAD experience
Terrible shipping and no customer service to…
Terrible shipping and no customer service to speak of. Took nearly 2 months for 6 bras to be delivered. Any email sent via there online customer service is responded to with a pat automated answer. There is no interest on their part to assist you. I received my bill 2 weeks before the order was even delivered, very sad, at one time they were a good company.
Deceptive
I will not be ordering from this company again. There is nowhere on their site that indicates that shipping fees are not refundable. This is totally deceptive. Anyone reading their refund/exchange policy would expect to receive a refund for the merchandise AND the shipping charge. They've lost a very good customer.
Horrible shipping practices
Horrible shipping practices! At one point, I was told my package was handled by THREE DIFFERENT CARRIERS. Customer service had NO CLUE as to how to track my package. Do not even bother with this company.
Delivery is a nightmare!!!
When you order they say delivery is within 7-12 business days. My package has been sitting in a Pitney Bowes warehouse now for over a week with no new tracking information. Customer service from Roaman's states I can't declare it lost until after February ‘30th'! Last time I looked at a calendar there are only 28 days in February. Roaman's put the blame on the postal service but they have never received package from Pitney Bowes. I've filed complaints against Roaman's and Pitney Bowes with the BBB. My suggestion, order from somewhere else.
Not your Mother's store anymore!
My Mother ordered lots of clothes from Roaman's since I was a little kid some 50+ years ago, so I felt like I could safely do the same. I was right! They sell clothes that actually FIT, unlike other places. I have never had a problem with the quality or an item not being as described. There has been only ONE mistake in over 15 years (wrong size) and they promptly sent the correct size, exchanging with the wrong one, and it was easy. Roman's is a sister store to Lane Bryant, FullBeauty, Woman Within, and Brylane Home ( for home goods like sheets, curtains, comforters, kitchen ware, etc. The thing i love about them being related it that I can use any of my cards from one store to buy from any other. For example, I can pay for and order at FullBeauty with my Roman's card, or any card from any of the other sister sites. I like the convenience of shopping there just a little too much. My UPS guy and I have gotten to know each other pretty well because he is here 3 or 4 times a week!
If you haven't shopped there in awhile because Roamans seems like its just too "old lady" for your taste, go back and try again. They have tons of newer, fresher prints and solids that will definitely perk up your closet. As you can tell, I am very pleased with Roman's and all of the sister stores except Lane Bryant ( too pricey, bad selection, pants never fit. Long enough is too narrow, and wide enough is too short, so who wants to pay top dollar for That?) Overall, you can feel safe ordering from them. Their word is good and so are their clothes. Finally, an online group of stores you can trust! And don't forget the rewards! I have gotten many $10.00-$20.00 off just for using my store card to pay!
