GREAT Masters bucket list trip
The trip was just as planned. Jeff and Matt met us at the hotel and answered all of our questions. The gift bag was a nice touch. The hotel was nice.

Greg and Cecile were our tour hosts and they were amazing. It was a bit expensive, but totally worth it. Since we did not have lots of experience visiting Italy, nor the Olympics, they made us feel totally comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed.

We’re glad that you and your family enjoyed interacting with our host staff. They also mentioned that they enjoyed the time they spent with your family, sharing drinks and conversation at the Hotel Principe di Savoia when you arrived. I know from your Paris Summer Games experience, how much you enjoyed the Roadtrips Hospitality nights that we often have major events. For this event, due to the disparate schedules of guests we chose to run one-on-one hospitality as an alternative and we’re sorry that that wasn’t as enjoyable for you as your past group hospitality experiences. You also mentioned that it would have been nice if our staff would have accompanied your family to one of your earlier events. Although that’s not a set inclusion in our packages, our host teams often do just that and are willing to ride along as needed when it’s helpful for guests’ experiences or for guests to gain comfort with getting to events. We will try and make sure that we make the offer more proactively to you on a future trip.

So happy I used Roadtrips for this experience!
