This is for Road Runner eyes only. I would rate my experience a 1 were it not for Anthony. The subcontractor driver violated the contract; against my wishes picked up the car on the wrong day and deli... See more

Driver didn't communicate, I wound up hanging around for a day and half waiting. He didn't set the loading ramps correctly and popped the rocker molding loose. Company's damage claim process is a pain.

No pickup was made, no communication from Roadrunner. Days after the contract date, I'm left with nothing--service never delivered, no calls, emails or explanation. I called RoadRunner because they were highly rated in a Forbes magazine article. My experience is that they don't deliver, just a fancy website. I signed an agreement to ship my car from New Mexico to North Carolina. I never received communication from them. I called and waited on hold for 30 minutes, and then they confirmed that the pickup would be as scheduled. But the pickup never happened and days later, still no communication. Here I am on hold again. This company is apparently one of dozens of middle-men companies who post an offer on a board for drivers to either select or not, but Roadrunner jumps the gun and gets you to sign a contract even if there's no driver. The agreed-to-price is bait and switch. They could care less about whether a transport actually happens or not, or whether a customer has been served or not.

Polite timely driver. Knew what he was doing with car pick up and drop off.

Driver was professional and onetime. My vehicle was cared for and arrived with no damage.

Great experience at every stage—from scheduling the shipment to final delivery. The customer service was friendly, professional, and responsive, and the entire process felt seamless. My car was even delivered to my driveway before I arrived, which was incredibly convenient.
I shipped my car from Chicago to Tampa and back again, and everything went smoothly both times. Exceptional service—five stars.

I had a very disappointing experience with RoadRunners USA MiamiDade Corp. I was initially told that a technician would arrive within 27 minutes, but it took over 3.5 hours for someone to show up.
When the technician finally arrived, it was clear he was unprepared. His jump-start device appeared undercharged and was unable to deliver enough power to properly start my car. After we finally managed to get it running, he disconnected the cables within seconds, causing the car to shut off again. I explained that the vehicle had been sitting all winter and needed a longer charge, but instead of listening, he became defensive and dismissive.
The situation escalated unnecessarily. He accused me of telling him how to do his job, then claimed I had used foul language—something he said was documented but refused to show. When I asked for clarification, he escalated further by falsely accusing me of touching him and threatening to call the police.
What should have been a simple roadside service turned into a stressful and unprofessional encounter. The lack of preparedness, poor communication, and confrontational behavior made this an experience I would not recommend to anyone.

After reading reviews i picked road runner to transport a car from Oregon to Utah. i went online was quoated $735 which i thought was good. and i found out this company was veteran owned making it even more reliable in my mind. Boy was I wrong! I still dont know why my transport went so bad. Day of pickup i called roadrunner to finalize transport from dealership and make payment. I had been dealing with one person named Scott. When I called to confirm and pay I got some other guy that would not put me through to Scott and was adamant about finishing the transaction. So i thought ok im sure its all the same all in computer except now day of pick up my price went up from $735 to $869.00. I said i thought it was $ 735? this new guy gave me some babble about that was internet price. I said ok i booked on internet. So i got a bait and switch with NO! clear reason for up price . Next i got text from contracted driver about picking my car and delivering in 2 days. that was the 16th of Apr-2026 delivery est 18 Apr 2026. I received my car on Apr 21st 2026. from the 18th until the 20th i could not find my vehicle. there really isnt 24 hr tracking like their website says!!!nothing. I got no emails, texts phone calls. but i called their customer service about 10 times left messages, sent emails. texts. got crickets!!! I had to call dealership that knew a driver for the contracted company in oregon and he found out my car was in washington state in their storage yard because the driver driver had a family emergency. I got zero notice of this delay until 24 hrs after the fact and after i found out myself with new driver texting me of next day delivery. i finally got my car it was fine shape but the roadrunner customer service was terrible and communication and tracking is non existent. They do show a map on their website of a start and final location when you book but it never changes from start location. I sent several emails to road runner after this to complain about the whole service never got a email or text or phone call back i also called them again after my car got her 7 different times and never got a hold of anyone, Im really surprised04/16/2026 but their service given all the reviews

My experience with this transport company has been horrendous.
This was my first- and last-time using Road Runner Auto Transport or any transport company. First, I scheduled my pickup for Thursday. When I spoke with dispatch, I was told the car would be picked up Friday or Saturday. It wasn’t picked up until Sunday.
When I called to follow up, the male dispatcher was extremely unprofessional—he spoke very quickly, was hard to understand, and repeatedly hung up on me. That kind of behavior is unacceptable. When I called back, I was transferred to another dispatcher who told me the car would be delivered on Monday. Instead, it wasn’t delivered until Tuesday night.
The communication was inconsistent, the timeline was completely inaccurate, and the customer service was frustrating to deal with. I don’t know how this company has so many 5-star reviews—it honestly makes me question their authenticity.
After this experience, I won’t be using another transport company again. Next time, I’ll just handle getting the car myself.

Really great experience. Roadrunner contracted UZ Auto Transport out of Denver, to ship my sedan from Los Angeles to Colorado in late April 2026, for about $1100 (about the same number of miles if I had to drive myself). This was my first time ever shipping a car and it couldn't have been easier. Service was good, communication was good, price was reasonable, and everything went well. Pickup was on a Friday evening in L.A. and dropoff Tuesday morning in Colorado - about the same timeframe (or less!) as if I shipped a package with UPS or FedEx. My car arrived in the same condition it was picked up in. Roadrunner's dispatch people were friendly and helpful, UZ's people (including the driver) were great to deal with. 10/10, would do business with them again.
