I ordered a chain ring at roadhouse motorcycle.
I made a mistake (wrong order) and requested a return shipment. I got the information for the return shipment after several days (the whatsapp message wasn't even answered at all). Anyway, I returned the shipment as requested and DHL confirmed the proper delivery. Next, the order indicates 'partial refund' (which I do not agree, because if the full order is returned then European agreements dictate full refund). However, I did not even get any money returned so far.
Now (2025-04-26), I have again requested the refund, hoping that this time they may at least respond to my messages...
Update (2025-04-30): At least the company responded now and they refunded partly. However, they claim that the shipped chainring (for Sram) was also compatible with Shimano. I did not agree. I even contacted AbsoluteBlack themselves (the manufacturer), who also indcated that the chain ring is not compatible with Shimano and that I need a Shimano specific chain ring. I indicated that to Roadhouse MotorCycles, but again no response...
I bought a road bike via their web page. Communication with staff was great, they were very helpful. Fast replies to my emails. Fantastic prices. Bike from Italy to Croatia came quickly. Packed really really really well and super protected. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you.
