Friendly and flexible service. Nice persons on both the pickup (Seattle) as the return (LV) location. The RV was perfect! Clean, modern/new and very complete.
The service was great. Pick up and drop off was generally smooth, staff clearly knew what they were doing, and everyone was friendly and patient, even with the first-time RV renters like ourselves.

Roadbear RV is a good company. We had some issues with the heating and the oven, but they were handled well. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was ridiculously expensive and offered very little i... See more

We had a great experience with Road Bear RV. The only reason we didn’t do 5 stars was the slow start getting out the door as they seemed busy and a bit understaffed. The woman who assisted us was wonderful to work with. We drove the RV to Zion National Park.

I was extremely happy with my experience! I had to change my trip dates and distance and they accommodated me without issues. The staff that assisted me was very nice at the pick up/ drop off location. The RV was immaculately clean and only had minor like very minor wear and tear. It was my first time traveling in an RV and it was so easy to operate. I will definitely consider using again in the future!

Very nice and functional RV, great service during the pick up, not so great during the return. A lot of small taxes and fees that add up that we found unecessary

Just be aware, you will be charged US$300 if you cancel your booking, even when it is 9 months in advance!
It is horrible service, and they robbery and extortion the money from your pocket when you return the RV, everything can not be fixed should be replacement, they charged me $1500 for all replacement parts at the end, I paid $3000 more total just rent for 3 nights !
Road Bear does not service their vehicles. It's easier to have the customers fix faults on the road.
Our water heater did not ignite the first eight days. And we had two dead batteries replaced on the eleventh day. I was in contact with four different back country mechanics between Escalante and Moab. Road Side service where no help and Road Bear hesitantly gave a meager 750 dollar discount, though they ruined the first half of our 10.000 dollar American roadtrip. Road Bear "management" and "mechanics" let customers service the vehicles - because they don't. Avoid at all costs
Rented for nearly 2 weeks out of Las Vegas. Vehicle was only 4 months old but was already falling apart. We had one of the A-class models (FR3 from Forest River). Bed over cab wouldn’t open properly, oven wouldn’t light, sawdust continually fell out the roof vents all over the bedding material, door continually swung open while driving along as it was almost impossible to close properly, windscreen wipers practically fell off on first use and had to make an emergency stop on the highway to fix and prevent from being lost altogether and the tap in the bathroom was barely a trickle, even on city water pressure.
We had one email correspondence during the trip with RoadBear who sent us a PDF on how to dismantle the tap (with what tools even) in an attempt to rectify the issue!
On return of the vehicle at the San Francisco office the staff were basically uninterested in any of the issues we had experienced and focused more on some tiny damage on the front engine grille, for which we had zero excess cover for anyway.
All the issues dampened what could have been an amazing experience and RoadBear’s reaction to the problems is very telling.
In addition, be careful if you use your debit card for the $1000 “hold” (in an attempt to avoid foreign charges) you may find your bank actually deducts this amount and RoadBear made no attempt to remove this “hold” once returned, resulting in us being £850 down for 31 days.
My advice - avoid!
