SENT ME A BROKEN TRAY AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I recently purchased a rolling tray from them. However when the tag arrived, it’s already in a damaged state. The tray is not even flat, how am I going to use it? So I tried to contact through Instagram. I sent them a message, with pictures as proof and my order number. HOWEVER, I got NO response regarding a refund or anything. They just disappeared. I’m starting to question if this company is a scam or legit. Please check your Instagram and contact me back ASAP
