Overall really good experience with RNG, Robbie was helpful and communicated well. The car was great and mechanically performed well, though water was leaking in through the soft top in heavy rain but that’s more the nature of an old sports car than anything else. Would recommend Robbie to friends and would use again.

Fantastic firm, particularly pleased with the communication. When you’re paying for a luxury experience, you want the whole thing to run smoothly from the first contact to the last. Robbie has been in communication throughout, even weekends and evenings to sort out the hire and any questions.
Would recommend and use again.

I’ve never done a car rental of this type before (i.e. a special car for a special occasion) so was naturally nervous but honestly, Robbie and RNG have been brilliant from the first email all way through to the end.

The DB9 was in great condition and we had an amazing weekend in it.

Honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now for exotic car rental in the south of England.

A truly great experience! I originally contacted RNG to rent a classic Rolls Royce for a weekend and this was arranged easily and with no hassles. A day before I was to collect the car, RNG contacted me to inform me of a problem with the car. Initially fearing the worst, RNG though offered me one of their sports cars instead at the same price. I would recommend them any day. Service was friendly and efficient and they respond quickly to queries.

I recently hired a Ferrari for the day and the experience was incredible. We drove down to the coast, and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Robbie was super helpful and made the experience even better.

Porsche 356 Speedster hire.
RNG were the perfect choice for our wedding day. We wanted to combine a timeless day with what we loved the most, and as an avid Porsche enthusiast, being able to have a classic Speedster to drive, to enjoy and to feature in our wedding day was fantastic. From booking to delivery, the process with RNG and Robbie was brilliant. Nev, who delivered the car was also brilliant and gave me some great tips on the car as I drove him to the local station whilst we chatted and shared our passion for cars. There isn’t many places who have such an array of classic cars available to hire, and self drive, and RNG were genuinely brilliant from start to finish.

Really friendly and quick response to enquiries. Arrangements were easily made with flexibility offered for an additional pick up we asked for.
Whilst the initial car we had booked became unavailable due to a technical issue, we were quickly offered an amazing alternative.
Robbie and the car arrived promptly and was happy to tell us about the car’s history - we had the beautiful Rolls Royce Silver Shadow which was stunning!

We hired the ford mustang and it was great, Robbie was flexible and made the timings work for us on the day. My partner drove the car and now won’t stop talking about getting our own..!

Perhaps I should have checked other reviews here first before booking. It seems like many other customers have found the same that while all is good no problem but the moment something happens, the owner creates new rules as he goes along and they are awful to deal with.

I strongly advise against using RNG Classics for your wedding or any important event. We booked their 1969 Jaguar Series 2 E-Type specifically for our wedding day, paying a hefty £1,400 well in advance.

Less than 24 hours before the event, they canceled due to “damage” to the car — offering unsuitable alternatives that completely missed the mark. When we requested a refund since the alternatives were useless after our wedding day had passed, they flat-out refused, only offering vouchers or rebooking options.

Their last-minute failure left us without the wedding car we carefully chose, ruining a crucial part of our day and our photos. This company clearly does not value its clients, their commitments, or the importance of your special day.

Unprofessional, unreliable, and dismissive of customer needs — we won’t recommend RNG Classics to anyone and hope this review saves others the disappointment and stress we faced.

Hired a classic Mustang and RNG were perfect from start to finish. Car turned up in immaculate condition and was one of the highlights of our wedding.

We hired the Jag E-type for our wedding day and everything was just perfect. Robbie is a great guy and a pleasure to deal with. All the details were looked after and the car was seamlessly delivered and collected on the day even though the venue was several hours away. Would absolutely recommend RNG Classics.

We booked the 356S from RNG classics for a wedding, and what a special touch it added. Anytime we got behind the wheel, heads would turn, cameras would come out, and smiles would appear. Everybody loves a classic car, and RNGs 356S is the pinnacle of style, swag, and class.

Throughout the day, I couldn't count how many wedding guests would sneak off to get a photo of, or with the car, it was hilarious. Thanks to Robbie and team for the amazing experience - you'll be seeing me again!

I had a brilliant weekend in the mini, absolutely loved it, Robbie and Nav were both great to deal with, would love to do it again

Hired the 1967 Land Rover to take my son and his mates to their prom. Robbie (the owner) was super responsive, sent personalised videos of the start procedure and “features” of this classic vehicle. He answered all my questions and made sure everything went well. The boys loved it and I had a great experience driving it!!

On a blazing Sunday morning, my partner and I took a 356 Speedster out for a 4 hour jaunt around the Surrey Hills…what a brilliant experience! Robbie, the owner of RNG could not have been more helpful…a briefing on all aspects of the Porsche was thorough and covered all the bases. Advice on routes to get the most out of our time (4 hours) with the car was very welcome. We had a great time - the 356 is certainly a head-turner and conversation starter!! Highly recommend getting behind the wheel of a classic car from RNG…we will certainly be booking again.
