"Shouldn't Wait For Someone To Die Before I Have My Car Cleaned"

R&M Car Wash, Station Road, Portslade:-

I have a funeral tomorrow so booked my car in for valet - which I explained when booking 10 days in advance. These pictures show the result of £75 fee paid (no receipt offered).

When I explained that I was very disappointed with the work - I was told that I only paid for a hand car polish (no mop used) and that I should have asked for the cheaper £38 mini valet and that the no.4 option which I paid for, only included a courtesy hoover "as a favour" (even though it says Full Interior and Exterior Clean" on sign).

I was told by the manager 'Rob'; "did I expect a bottle of wine with it?" and "that I shouldn't wait for someone to die before I have my cleaned next time".
