Ordered a couple of items in mid May, had an email somewhat later when asking where my goods were. They explained they were waiting for an order arriving the end of May. Still no goods have arrived. They don't answer the phone, and although three emails have been sent, there have been no replies.
I would avoid online purchases with this company.
I received an order & one of the items had the incorrect dimensions on the web page. I have left countless messages on the message site, got a receipt acknowledgement with a promise to respond but I have heard nothing either by email or iPhone. I have tried to ring but the phone is never answered & neither are direct emails. I am sad to leave this poor rating for a British company but in fairness to all other potential online purchasers, I feel I have to warn them that they should be very wary of ordering from RL Home Decor online. Ordering online requires trust on both sides & they have broken this trust completely.
I have purchased from their shop in Whitby and also ordered online. The impression I get is; a very nice young couple who run an efficient business and subsequently will go from strength to strength.
