All my money was taken (10s of thousands of dollars) because I decided it was an expensive product and cancelled after two years. Similar to what happened to this guy: Search "RL360 I Dun Goofed"

Went through a financial adviser (W1 in Doha). They target new expats and thanks to him I’m stuck for another 9 years with this terrible investment option. If anything, it’s forced savings with absolutely 0 gain! Steer clear of them or any financial advisers who promote their products! The reviews speak for themselves.

If like me you hit severe financial changes then you will lose all your money if you cannot complete the first 18 months payments
This bunch of sharks just keep your money ! And it doesn’t matter if you are paying 100 dollars a month or 100 thousand they just keep all monies without any justification just a note in their terms and conditions
They are pure thieves and they share the money between themselves

Absolutely terrible returns (1.8%) generated after 8 years being with them through Broadgate Securities / deVere (a very shady operation).
Expect advisors to change every year.
Very high fees.
20 years locking period.
PLEASE AVOID, do your research, and go for etfs through an online broker...

Like many others I also followed the advice of financial advisors. My funds have barely increased and trying to withdraw my money I am told will entail higher management fees than I am already paying. Admin answers queries promptly, it is the Financial advisors that have gained at my loss. I would not recommend RL360.

RL360 is a good investment platform. Its the financial advisors which makes the failure or the success story. I had lousy financial advisor who mismanaged my policy and as such I lost a lot of money. He was replaced by his senior whose interest was to make money for himself. I ask RL360 whether its possible to use a financial advisor from their own company to manage my policies who will be interested in making RL360 a success.

My dad has paid 13 years of annual premium and there is no return of investment. In fact negative return and we received a letter asking us to pay usd50k to top up the value. Imagine for the past 13 years of investment generates negative values.

Dont invest in this product nor trust any advisors that come to you advising to invest in their product. Expats in the UAE get targeted and I wish I had done some research back then rather then investing my hard earned money in this terrible money sucker. Your money will be stuck and the only ones making any money are the investment advisors and the company. There are better products available in the market. Do your research and invest there

we had open a regular savings plan last month and overnight our personnel circumstances changes, we had only made 1 payment and I emailed the cancellation document 20 days after they had received my payment, I was astonished to find that I was deducted 22% of our initial investment due to investment loss on the underlying funds, I fully understand markets volatility but have to ask why would they invest in such a poor product, the only positive I can take is I cancelled this policy immediately, I would not recommend this company to anybody please avoid.

Follow up was given until my issue was solved

I do not understand how there can be positive reviews of RL360: First they sell me a terrible product, charge more than 100 times more in fees than any other investment company I have ever encountered, the original "advisor" ghosted me, the second one just laughed at my complaint about the extremely high fees, and when I asked what my options are for withdrawal once the policy matures, the answer was simply that they will not tell me that until the policy has matured. And, since the early withdrawal fees would essentially cancel out everything I'd invested, I have no option than to wait... After 20 years of investing, I still have no idea if I will ever be able to get any money back. Has anyone had any luck with taking legal actions against RL360?

Terrible product (Quantum) and shocking structure in place which facilitates mis-selling by IFAs of RL360 products. I was sold the product on the premise I would be able to withdraw funds after my initial 2-year lock in period; the time period after which the IFA receives their full commission from RL360, and also the time period one needs to submit a case to the IoM Financial Services Ombudsman in case of any disputes. After the 2-year period, I realized I would need to pay an extortionate amount to withdraw anything of significance (90% penalty). I have taken up this matter with RL360 to explain the mis-selling of their product, who simply refer me back to the IFA, who's company has now been wound up. IoM FS Ombudsman will not listen to case as two-year period has lapsed. Perfect scam between RL360 and IFAs.

The returns are terrible. The subscription fee is extortion 5% and there is a ginormous exit fee...15%

The only people making money here are RL360 and my advisor. I am losing money and I have a 15% withdrawal fee... it is insane.

I have to wait 8 years to get my money out.... Invest in anything else but this..

Great technology and good service from the people in the Middle East and the Isle of Man

The investments themselves are doing great, but the experience was terrible. I paid my monthly premiums until the date I was supposed to then took a holiday from payments because my financial situation changed. Then I went back to making payments and suddenly their system started taking multiple payments out at time one after the other, until they emptied my bank account. It was horrifying because I was left with no money to pay my bills that month. I was able to recover the extra payments but it took weeks to get it back. The next month the same thing happened, but luckily I caught it before they emptied my account again. Finally it was resolved by manually taking the payments on my card and suppressing the card each time. I'm not sure what the glitch in the system was, but it caused a lot of stress and grief. I'm afraid to continue to put money into it because I don't want my bank account to be emptied again, and I can't take it out if I need it.

By mistake I locked myself out of the system and appealed to Customer Service on a Saturday morning to sort out my Password so I could access my valuations. Believe it or not by S-U-N-D-A-Y evening they had sorted out my problem. To care enough to sort out my problem on a weekend....Bravo Team, take a bow !!

Not recommended.
High fees and NO customer service.
If you request any funds it’s extremely difficult to get YOUR money out.
Customer services needs serious attention.
I had a very stressful experience and cannot recommend Momentum Malta or RL360 or IFGL Group. Even my IFA resigned over his dealings with Momentum and I hear the ombudsman has already been contacted by others.
Receiving the reply below- when I had already reported my concerns sums this situation up nicely!!! They don’t care.
