We had the pleasure of working with Karen Avery at RJ Estate in Harlow. While buying our first home, we couldn’t be more grateful for her support throughout the entire process. I paid Reyland Johnson to manage my property in Harlow. They are ignorant and unprofessional. Despite carrying out quarterly inspections, they failed to notice that the tenant had poorly redecorated 4 rooms without permission. Following their eviction, so much damage had been done over a 12 month period that withholding their £2300 deposit did not cover the costs!! These clowns will happily take your money and offer you nothing in return. They are young and inexperienced, playing at being letting agents.

Avoid at all costs! I rented a house in London from this agency, and the living conditions were terrible. With a newborn baby, I had to repaint the walls myself, using a white paint that was slightly different from the original and because of that they withheld £500 from my deposit.
I did a lot of repairs on the house over the course of a year; the bathroom was in terrible shape, etc. And this is how they thanked me!
Save yourself the trouble and choose a different agency. You'll be glad you did!
