I would have given no stars if possible. Terrible service for my first time with them. Funds getting held up with compliance issues, customer service taking ages to get back. I was told I wouldn’t need to provide the documents which include payslips and 3 recent monthly bank statements, only to find out I’d need even more payslips and an updated bank statement… which is impossible to get on the same day. Asking for a refund, I’m told it would be taking up to a week for that to happen. This could really affect people who are time-bound for transfers. No emotion whatsoever from the team, very “bot-like” in their responses.

Contacted 24th June by “Lupin” – Indian/Pakistani accent – promised best rates + instant transfer to West Africa including Gambia, Ghana, etc. Lies.
Downloaded the app. He said money arrives in 5-10 mins. I sent it. 30+ mins later: no reference, no money, nothing.
Followed up. Some thug called me from WhatsApp +44 7576 563567, started shouting at me, said “go to your bank, it’ll take 50 days”. I demanded a refund and threatened a review. Instantly blocked in the app so I couldn’t leave one.
Had to create a new email + number just to warn you people. I’ve reported them to Companies House and the Financial Ombudsman.
They’re 100% fraudsters. Keep your money. Don’t be the next victim.
