They are a scammed. I paid for a chair they sent me a plastic bead wont reply to emails. DO NOT BUY off this company

Really bad service! Incomplete order received. 😩

Bought a desk (Bureau) a couple of years ago. Did not com to mindt to write a review then.
The desk was way to high for use as an office desk, and only after A LOT of mails was I able to get 20% refund. I had do cut of the top, but still it is to high.
I addition, the quality is HORRIBLE.
To a price of around 1600 EUR it is totally under every measure.
My only advice if you consider purchasing something from this company: Stay away ! !

Returned a product because of... what I can only describe as Aliexpress quality that cost 30 euros.
3 weeks after my returned parcel arrived, no confirmation or refund. Literally just stole my money.

I bought online some wine glasses from them and I got a first package a couple of weeks after the purchase. What a shock when I discovered the terrible quality of the glasses. They were not identical but had differences in the shape and thickness of the glass and they should be all the same! But the worse part was that the glass material had small air bubbles inside. Not even the cheapest Ikea glasses are such a bad quality. This was so shocking. I had to return half of them. You have 14 days to return them back and you have to indicate this in a form in their website. I did all this on time and still received an email from CS telling me I was out of the 14 days period but they would return me the money anyway like as a favor. That was a frustrating email. The second package with the rest of the items I got them 3 months after the purchase!!! And I had again to return half of the items due to the same quality issue. Because of their super expensive prices I always thought they were more "exclusive" and professional, what a disappointment. Maybe other products have better quality and I had just bad luck but at the moment I don't feel like buying anything else from them (and I really had a long wishlist)

The experience with Riviera Maison was simply dismaying.
We ordered a hoekbank sofa in March at their Heemstede shop, after 3 deliveries of the wrong item (once was the wrong color, twice was the wrong shape) we decided in late September to cancel the order.
Along this horrible journey, their personnel shone for their incompetence and lack of attention to costumer, always trying to push the responsibility to another department.
Should you see one of their shops, my warm advice is to pass by!

It is the worst company ever, i purchased an order from the 6th of February Order number: 4000002562 Until now i did not receive my order or my money back xxx I wrote to them they did not care they asked me to follow track&trace lol where???? I really do not anbefaling to buying from there xxx Now I WANT MY MONEY BACK xxxI hope anyone look to my case xxx thank you Trustpilot xxx if they will not find a solution i will write every where bad reviews where is my order or where is my money?????
