Making a Claim: results speak for themselves.
I have been with Riverside Insurance Company for years. But, my first claim was in Italy recently.
After a detailed, thorough process, uploading about 8 documents, they paid out immediately. Thank you Riverside. I shall trust you in future with my car hire excess insurance.
Less could be said for the unscrupulous car hire company Rental Premium...
