This company is ripping you off
I was also taken in. I think I am dealing with a Dutch company, but if you want to return clothes, you have to send it to China, while they pretend that you are buying in the Netherlands. Delivery time 2-5 days, but if you do not email that you still have receive anything, you will not receive anything. After asking by email, you get the answer that they have replaced order and what you receive is not at all what it looks like in the photo. You simply receive a completely different sweater, in this case, and the quality is so bad that even a homeless person will not wear this sweater. Sending it back to China is much more expensive than the sweater. I do not understand how these types of companies are allowed to exist in the Netherlands.
There is no customer service, your emails are answered by a robot and they do not answer the phone.
Recommendation: never order anything from River Mode

Do not buy products from this company. I payed 38 euro for a jumper that fell far below my expectations. The quality is poor and cheaply put together. The photos on their website are very misleading.

Same complaints as others. Extremely long delivery time, costs 40-60 euros to return something but said “free returns” when I purchased.

I hope next time to be smarter... Same strony like others, ordered item,very nad quality, problems with return. They want me to send it back to China and scared me with large costs (40-60 euro).
I have reported this to NietBezorgd, dutch company which will try to get my money back... Hopefully they will help me.

Products are worthless !!! Nothing compared with pictures and dropshipped from china. Forget getting you money back. ( hope you read this BEFORE spending your hard earned money here)

Bought clothing thought it was from
NL but actually from China, longer delivery time, poor quality, smaller size, cost to return is as much as the product.
This company should be shut down.

I ordered two jacket from this company oh my god!!!! Unbelievable quality and they suck just money only .
Never ever order this company.
I want to return back but they said have to pay 40euro again.

After a month I am still waiting for my goods to arrive!

They refuse to give me a refund - so I have no goods and no money back - basically this company have stolen from me!

I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering from Rivermode. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Late Delivery: Despite their advertised 2-6 business days delivery policy, my order arrived much later. When I inquired, I was given contradictory excuses about longer delivery times.

Subpar Product Quality: The item I received was a complete disappointment—cheap materials and nothing like the product photos on their website. It’s clear they don’t stand by their own claims of quality.

Price Misrepresentation: The item came with a tag stating 49,95 EUR, but I was charged 79,99 EUR! This is outright exploitation, and I find it shocking that they operate this way without consequence.

When I contacted customer service, I was met with generic responses and no real effort to resolve the situation. They expect me to cover return shipping costs for a product that’s late, misleading, and overpriced.

This company does not respect its customers, their policies are inconsistent, and their products are misrepresented. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to think twice.

I just got the package and everything is ok. I was also a bit worried because the store is really from China but the jacket fits well and is really stylish. I waited for the shipment 3 days longer than planned but never mind the price is very good and the shipping is free so great. I leave a positive review for 2024 ;-)

It is a scam website.
Bought a pair of slippers on Oct 14th, indicated delivery date Oct 21-26th. However, did not receive anything by Oct 28th. Asked customer service, replied informing 7-14 working day delivery.
However it is November 6th now, more than 20 days after order was made, still nothing. They refuse to refund saying I have to return the item for refund. Well, how am I supposed to return the item if it is never sent to me?

It's total scam don't order nothing from them I order my jacket first of all it's coming from china size is small later to return they say I must send to China it was 32 euro but why they work on Netherland

Last May I had already bought some nice polos. For my vacation mid July, I bought several shorts, shirts and some polos. Good clothes for an affordable price.
