What made my experience great is my VIP Manager Brian. Brian is always available for his customers and offers a great customer service. He is great at giving free bets as long as you don't take advantage of it. Brian is open to feedback as well. I recently asked him for a betting limit increase on some of the markets. He spoke with his team right away, and increased the limits in half hour. I have been playing at rivalry for two years now and haven't encountered a problem so far. The withdrawals are quick as well, you get your money in your account within 12 hours. I recommend Rivalry Sports to all the bettors out there.

I've been gambling for the past 13 years, I have never made a review on any casino, positive or negative, and I never thought I would. But due to the most exceptional customer service, exceptional withdrawal system/times, and easy/enjoyable user interface I felt like I had to.

Among all these positive things I must also share some 'negative' feedback. The site is laggy/glitchy in some ways, when I tried to deposit with the credit card option once I make the transaction and it says it went through it didnt actually go through the first time and i had to resort to etransfer. The second time I tried it and it said it went through but took 20 minutes to actually go through. I think it may be an issue with TD Bank and Rivalry.

In terms of lag, when I tried to enroll in MFA, when i got the enrollment email the link to activate it took my to a "404 error" page. Tried again with a new resent email and same issue.

Lastly, when i tried to disconnect my 'social' steam account, it just would not let me. It showed a message saying "refresh and try again". It still wont let me disconnect it.

These are just slight problems im sure they will work on but other than that great site and thank you to the rivalry team for being a great online casino option.

Stay away from this site at all costs. All the good reviews are 100% fake. Rivalry is as scummy as it gets, they try and scam you with bonuses that contain massive wagering requirements. The moment you win one bet, your max wager becomes 20$ making it impossible to complete the rollover. As bad enough as that is, they sneakily only let you abandon the bonus if you give up 50% of YOUR balance! Dont even bother asking for help from support either, they are rude and have no intentions of helping. I have played on many sites before, trust me theres hundreds of better sites. This book was the absolute worst of the worst I have ever played on. Be careful!!

Been using Rivalry for a long time now and it is definitely one of the better sites I have used based on my own experience. They have a wide range of betting options including both esports and your traditional sports. Unlike some sportsbooks who only have limited epsorts options and a wider range of sports lines, Rivalry gives you a wide range of options for both sides. Rivalry also got a variety of different casino options as well, so they got everything covered.

Quick deposit and withdraw times, but occasionally some transacitons may be delayed. For 90% of the times it goes smoothly.

They got a good loyalty reward system and alot of missions that can be completed to earn free credits to bet on sports or casino.

The customer service is great and is available 24/7 with agents that try their best to fix your issues asap.

All in all, just one of the better sites that I have been on and have enjoyed using.

I actually left Rivalry about 2 years ago because of the slow withdrawal times and very generic bonuses that were way too restrictive. They kept sending me promos over time, and eventually I decided to give them another shot, and honestly, I’m glad I did.

The improvement is night and day. I genuinely don’t understand how they’re sitting at a 3.9 average rating because in my opinion they should be closer to a 4.8. The only negatives I can think of feel like they’re coming from people who are employees of their jealous competitors and not even real players.

Their promos are now very generous, and more importantly, the rollover requirements are actually realistic and can be cleared without feeling impossible. That alone puts them ahead of a lot of sportsbooks.

The site design is also a big plus for me. The green theme gives off a retro arcade vibe that makes playing more fun instead of feeling like another generic betting site.

My only real feedback is on the sportsbook performance. When switching between sports, for example from tennis to basketball, there’s sometimes a short freeze or delay of around 5 seconds. It feels like a programming or optimization issue, but nothing game breaking.

Last time I played, some support agents even used anime character names and stayed in character, which was funny.
