Purchased a hairdryer to use in the UK. Arrived with a Chinese plug so cannot be used in the UK.
Have been trying to get a refund. Sent 6 emails, used site contact form. Telephone is an answer machine, left messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. REFUND GUARANTEE IS NOT TRUE

Robbing company just out to steal people's money. Vile people. I ordered a garden sculpture and it looks nothing like the picture. They are refusing to give me a refund. 😡😡😡😡 Do NOT BUY FROM THEM

Wish I’d read review first! Ordered the worlds brightest torch - didn’t realise I was ordering from china. Took a while to be delivered and when it came it was just wrapped in bubble wrap. Torch very poorly made and broke after a week of use. Rivallo have so far offered me a replacement or a 20% refund but they are a nightmare to deal with and seem to be getting nowhere after a month of emailing. Stay well clear.

February 2025 - DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE! -
I paid £18.99 for a"Squirrel Buster" - but instead was sent a tiny mousetrap worth only about 90p - with NO PAPERWORK included. Have been trying to get this resolved since last November - but just keep receiving notifications stating "Your order has been delivered"

I ordered some electric gloves they sent a pair nothing like what was advertised not electric at all wanted to return them but they kept and offering a partial refund for me to keep the one they sent I kept and writing I was not interested in keeping the wrong item either they sent me the right ones or give me a refund they have strung me along for 30 days and now they say I cannot return them as 30 days have past Not to be trusted they will not give you any refund The electric gloves without batteries or cables. I am going to contact the Master card and dispute the payment

In December 2024 I ordered a heated gilet. The company took a while to send the order, perhaps because of Christmas. However the order arrived in early January, no instruction on how to connect the electrics and nothing else. The gilet was too small. I managed to get the company to issue a returns code. I returned the item stating the reason, with the tracking code. A week later they acknowledged that had received the gilet and would issue a replacement.
After 10 days no communication as to the expected delivery date. Then on the 14th January they issues an email changing the size from a 3X to a large. I contacted the company by email and referred them to the email stating the 3X was the correct size required. They said they would investigate
A new delivery arrived sized L. I contacted the company again, they requested the order number again, completely ignoring there change of size in the email i copied to them.
It is now the 25 February and the company are refusing to issue a returns code. It seems that although Evri delivered the item, the company do not have a returns item with them. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered from any retail company. Twenty emails and still no resolution. I guess the company will keep the money I have sent and just refuse to engage with one of it's customers. My advice, based on my experience, is NOT to buy anything from this company. It should have been so easy, replaced the wrong sized item, with the correct size one, end of story. They seem to represent the worst of online shopping experience, when things are not delivered as ordered.

Husband bought me a hairdryer from here for Christmas, it's a flimsy piece of plastic rubbish, poor quality and very weak blow power.
He asked to send it back per their guarantee and got no response. He's contacted them several times since and had no reply so it lookalike we've lost our money and what ge bought is in the bin

Upon acquiring the Alleged GPS tracker, I encountered several issues that significantly diminished its utility. The product arrived inadequately packaged and lacked comprehensive instructions. Recognizing the item was dispatched from China, my expectations were low. Following the purchase, I acquired the recommended SIM card, only to discover that the accompanying application required an additional subscription. In total, I invested £30 in the product, £20 for the SIM card and airtime, and £9 for the GPS subscription. Despite this substantial expenditure, the tracker proved ineffective, consistently displaying error messages. The application offered no support, and attempts to obtain a refund from Revilo were unsuccessful. I strongly advise against purchasing this product, as it appears to be a scam. Secondly the reviews on their website are fake

I bought heated gloves which claimed to be rechargeable. They didn't have a battery pack so couldn't possibly be rechargeable. A small heating element made the back of the glove slightly warm when plugged in but it went cold as soon as it was unplugged. The gloves themselves were cheap and shoddy. When I complained the company emailed back and asked what the problem was, even though I'd told them. After weeks of email exchanges and demands for my money back I've heard nothing.

Do NOT buy from these people. They sell greatly over priced stuff that you could have bought directly from from China at less than half the price. If that wasn’t bad enough, the quality is poor, and when I tried to contact them repeatedly to ask for refund and send them back, they ignore your emails, and the phone number doesn’t exist!
The boots I bought gave me a corn within two weeks!

I brought a remote control car for a Christmas present, i had to chase it for weeks and it was late so couldn't gift it, also it came from China which I was unaware of. It finally arrived in a plastic bag, no box shocking and not as described on website. They have taken 3 months to send return label and that's only because i raised it with credit card company that they then sent a return. Avoid this company shocking service. They ghost you for months. If only I had seen these reviews first. I have still returned item as its no good for anyone.

Misleading ....website said dispatched from UK....later found out actually everything comes from China....had I known I was buying cheap imported crap ....i wouldn't have brought from here .....still haven't even recieved the goods 2 weeks after ordering......website is very misleading

Wrong item. Can't get email replies. False phone number. Can't get refund. A con company. Just scanners. Avoid avoid avoid.

I ordered and paid for a remote control car on 6th December 2024, the item has never been delivered, the tracking number is useless, over two months and they’re blaming a delivery company, total ripped off, please keep away from this company scam scam scam

Stay well away from this company. Exactly as others have said , when you want a refund they completely ignore you or harass you by requesting photos and videos. It’s quite simple Rivallo- tell me how to return item and give me a FULL refund as advertised !!!! Also the phone number they quote for contacting them is “not recognised”.

I ordered heated gloves and was very disappointed. They are not as advertised, they were not fleece lined and did not have a cuff as stated. The whole glove does not heat up as claimed, instead just a small patch on the back of the hand where the wire is gets slightly warm. They are advertised as rechargeable which is incorrect, the patch that gets warm only does so when plugged in. The shipping is also not speedy as they claim.
When I contacted them for a refund they asked for photos and a video and then advised me that they were the correct item, I disputed that and had to email a couple of times and quote my consumer rights before they agreed to refund. Then they had the cheek to pay back £5 less than I paid. There is nothing in their refund policy to indicate that a partial refund would be given nor any postage charge to return them.
My advice is to steer clear of this company.

I bought a smart watch online for £40, it arrived in 10 days, had great functions & easy to use. After less than 48 hours the pins that secure the strap to the watch pinged off & broke the plastic that held the pins in making it unwearable. I contacted the company who said they would replace if I sent back. I asked for the address, no reply, I've now messaged several times and after 2 weeks of no replies I've given up. Really disappointed. DON'T BUY

I bought the Rivallo heated gloves and was very disappointed with the product and the marketing..
these gloves do not heat your whole hand, including your fingers, as seen in their advert, there is only a small heating element in the centre of the back of the glove.
The advertising blurb infers that the are rechargeable when they are not. there is no energy storage ability in the gloves.
Their claim for express delivery is rather suspect as they are shipped from China and mine was not even dispatched for at least five days after my order.

Sent me the wrong item that I had ordered. Tried to contact many times but no replies . Is this company a scam?
